five people behind the counter, and instead of helping they all basically shrugged and said the warranty didn’t apply because the ring wasn’t perfectly round anymore. They measured the ring while I was there — which, to my surprise, still matched the size — and then refused to give any written reason, or even their names. They laughed when I asked for a name. I don’t need drama, just a name so I can follow up, but they wouldn’t provide it and told me to “come back when the manager is here,” without saying when that might be. What bothers me most is the attitude: a denial presented as fact, no attempt to explain, no offer to inspect further or to escalate properly. I’m aware of consumer rules that shift the burden of proof in the first months after purchase, so their quick dismissal felt off and legally questionable. I’ve been buying Pandora jewelry over the years for my four daughters, so I know the usual quality and service flow; this experience didn’t match that pattern. Small positive note — the online shop and delivery were efficient and the packaging was good, which was unexpected given how the in-store interaction went. Still, that doesn’t fix the ring or the way staff handled the situation. I asked for a repair or replacement at no cost; if they won’t do that, I expect a written, reasoned refusal. If that doesn’t arrive, I’ll escalate to consumer authorities. Not a pleasant spot to be in, but I’ll see this through.
$600 bracelet return issue
My sister got me this $600 bracelet from a store in Ohio, and I tried to return it. But even though I had the receipt and was within the 14-day return period, they wouldn't give me cash back like my sister wanted. They said she had to be the one to come in with her card from Florida. We were never told this before, and it just seemed sneaky and not right.
Gift for a party
So, I ordered this gift for a party and I even shelled out extra cash for fast shipping. But you know what? Nope, it didn't show up on time. Thanks a ton, company! Now I can't even go to the party since my gift is M.I.A. And when I finally called customer service to vent, all they could muster up was a simple sorry with an offer to remove the shipping charges. Seriously, I paid more for the speedy shipping for a reason! And on top of it all, they said any refund would take ages to process. Ugh, it's just so aggravating!
Ring set purchase
I just bought myself a set of rings online, thinking it would be a cool gift. But, once I got them, I was super bummed because they weren't as nice as I thought they'd be. So, I quickly sent them back in the original box with the return labels they gave me.
Necklace purchase
I just bought a Cable chain necklace and got two charms that are much smaller than what I thought they would be. I contacted customer service about it, but still haven't gotten a solution that satisfies me. It's really frustrating not getting the right response. I was hoping for better quality control and customer service from a company I trust.
Refund not received after purchasing online
I was really pumped to order from this place since they said I'd get a discount for signing up for their club. But you know what? I never got my money back! To top it off, when I showed up at the store to grab my stuff, they told me I needed to hit up customer service online to get my 10% off. So, I did that, and they said I'd get my refund in 2 days. And guess what? I'm still waiting! It's annoying because I was really hoping to save some cash on my buy.
Earrings and bracelet
I got some earrings and a bracelet from here, but I won't be returning. All the jewelry turned black real quick and the clasps are a joke. Earrings kept falling off every time I touched my hair and the bracelet slipped off without me even trying! I won't shop here again, even though my mom loves her bracelets from this place!
