Swimwear
I bought some swimwear from this company not too long ago and man, I was so let down by their return policy. The choices they gave me for returns just didn't work for me at all. Like, the shipping to get a new item or the tiny refund they offered just didn't cut it. And then they wanted me to send it back all the way to China on my dime - can you believe that? From now on, I'm gonna be real careful when dealing with this company again.

Make-up and skincare products
OMG, DOKODEMO is the worst! I ordered some makeup and skincare products, and they charged me for everything, only to later inform me that one item was actually out of stock. I had to constantly bug them for updates, and after waiting for a month and a half, I finally gave up and canceled my order. To make matters worse, when they refunded me, it was based on the JPY price, not the actual USD amount I paid, so I ended up losing about $11 due to the exchange rate change. Like, seriously, why even list items if they're not in stock? Ugh, I'm never buying from them again!

Refund not received after purchasing online
I was really pumped to order from this place since they said I'd get a discount for signing up for their club. But you know what? I never got my money back! To top it off, when I showed up at the store to grab my stuff, they told me I needed to hit up customer service online to get my 10% off. So, I did that, and they said I'd get my refund in 2 days. And guess what? I'm still waiting! It's annoying because I was really hoping to save some cash on my buy.

No benefits allowed
I was really looking forward to giving this company a shot, but I was taken aback and let down when I learned they don't cater to folks like me who are on benefits. It kinda made me feel like my income wasn't up to snuff for them, which was a real blow to my spirits. I believe it's crucial for businesses to be welcoming to all and not make individuals feel unworthy just because they receive government help. Here's hoping they reconsider their policy down the line to be more inclusive and open to everyone.

Car rental experience in London
I rented a car for two weeks from a rental company at London Heathrow. The car was great during my trip, but when I returned it, the lady at the front desk said there was a small 5mm "rip" on the rear tire. To be honest, it was just a little bulge near the rim and the rim itself was fine. I asked how I could have caused a perfect circle "damage", but she didn't explain. Instead, they charged me 300 pounds, even though I argued. It feels like a total rip-off and I bet they do the same to others in the future (I doubt they even replaced the tire since there was nothing wrong!). Unfortunately, since I rented through the company, I might have to deal with this again.
