I recently ordered this really awesome outdoor cover, but unfortunately, I ended up getting the wrong size. When I reached out for assistance, the company wasn't very helpful. I understand it was my mistake, but I just needed a bit of help. Now I have to place another order, which is frustrating. On top of that, they promised me a discount but never provided me with the code. I simply wanted my cute outdoor cover in the correct size, but now I'm just a disappointed customer.

Plus, the label on the package had a completely different name than the brand I ordered from. They only gave me $8.00 back for their mistake, which was not enough to make up for it. I would caution people to be careful when shopping from this website and brand because my experience seemed kinda sketchy.

Ordered 2 doors in June, 2020 and still do not have the components to be able to hang…..that’s right, over 14 months with no bedroom door for new home. Delayed production, components falling out of crate during shipping, shipping to wrong address, scratched door handles, rusting tracks, missing hardware, false promises, and over 50 phone calls, and numerous unanswered emails to 5 different people.
