Black leotard purchase
I was on the hunt for a black leotard to add to my dance gear, and I hit the jackpot when I stumbled upon this store. Browsing their website was a piece of cake, and I quickly found the perfect leotard. Checking out was a breeze, and my order showed up right on time. The shipping cost was a bummer, but thankfully I snagged a free shipping code from their site and saved some dough. All in all, I was super satisfied with my buy and will absolutely be coming back for more in the future.

Outfit purchase
I just bought an outfit from this website, but when I got my package, the material was way worse than what they showed online. Plus, the label on the package had a completely different name than the brand I ordered from. They only gave me $8.00 back for their mistake, which was not enough to make up for it. I would caution people to be careful when shopping from this website and brand because my experience seemed kinda sketchy.

Cordless vacuum cleaner
I bought a cordless vacuum cleaner back in October 2021 and it needed repairs within 2 months. The vacuum needed two new batteries under warranty. Just 2 days after the warranty expired in October 2023, the battery died again. We took it back to the store where we bought it, and they sent it to the company for repairs as a gesture of goodwill. It's been since the end of October and I still don't have my vacuum back, it's been 4 months of waiting! The store can't give me any updates, so I decided to call customer service myself. They wouldn't give me any information without a repair order number. Even after giving the order number in a second call, they still wouldn't update me. What a nightmare! Expensive products, bad quality, always breaking down, unfriendly customer service, and just an all-around terrible experience. Never again!

Excel add-on for merging tables
I absolutely love this Excel add-on from Ablebits! It has seriously changed the game for me when I'm trying to do more advanced stuff in Excel. The Merge Wizard feature makes combining tables so easy, which saves me a ton of time and energy. And not only is the tool super efficient, but the customer service from Ablebits is amazing. Their team is always quick to respond and help me out with any questions or problems I run into. I'm so impressed with Ablebits that I've made sure everyone on my team can use this awesome tool.

June 2020
Ordered 2 doors in June, 2020 and still do not have the components to be able to hang…..that’s right, over 14 months with no bedroom door for new home. Delayed production, components falling out of crate during shipping, shipping to wrong address, scratched door handles, rusting tracks, missing hardware, false promises, and over 50 phone calls, and numerous unanswered emails to 5 different people.
