I'm done ordering from them — too risky. I've been a repeat customer for about a decade, I first found them through a dance moms group and told pretty much everyone I knew to try them. So yeah, I already liked the products and usually they were fine. That said, this recent order messed everything up and I have to be honest: their process and customer support ruined it for me more than the actual goods ever could. The system quietly reverted my shipping to an old address I used years ago — I mean years, like when I first signed up — and I didn't catch it because the initial confirmation email they sent only listed an order number and a line about items shipping from Pennsylvania the next day. No shipping address shown, so there was nothing obvious to flag. The next email, the shipping notice, finally had the old address, but by then it was too late; it had already left the warehouse and it was a weekend so their support was closed. I called as soon as Monday and got basically nowhere. They kept saying it was a customer error and because of that they couldn't help. No help with forwarding, no attempt to contact the carrier, no offer to open a claim — nothing. I pointed out that wrong-address deliveries happen all the time and companies normally have some procedure for that, but they stood firm. So, the bottom line: the products themselves are fine if you get them, but their checkout defaults and the "no help if it's your fault" policy make it a gamble. If you decide to try them, double-check every field like you're babysitting it. I won't go back — I don't want to risk another round of arguing to get something sorted when it's not even their mistake on paper.
Dancewear purchase
I just bought some dancewear for me and my ballet friends. The prices were decent, coming out to about $100. But then I got an email saying I had to pay over $80 for international shipping. I thought shipping was supposed to be free, or at least they should have told me before I checked out. This extra charge really turned me off and I won't be shopping there again.
Split order, double charged for shipment with discount issue

All in all, I was super satisfied with my buy and will absolutely be coming back for more in the future.
Unwarranted Item Return
I had a rough time with the return policy at this store. I double-checked the return policy and size chart before buying, but when I tried to return something that wasn't marked as final sale, they wouldn't take it back. I went through the whole return label thing just to be told the shoes were final sale, even though there was no mention of it when I bought them or got my order confirmation.
Dance shoes and leotard
Customer service used to be awesome, but let me tell you about my recent experience - it was a total letdown. I've been a loyal customer for years and always raved about this site to other dance parents. But man, my latest order was a total disaster. The shipping address somehow defaulted to an old address from like a million years ago, and I didn't catch it until it was already too late. When I reached out to customer service for help, they straight up refused, saying it was my own fault for not double-checking. The lack of understanding and willingness to lend a hand really caught me off guard. Sadly, I won't be giving them any of my business again.
Shoes purchased, wrong size

Dance tights and canvas ballet slippers
While I was looking for dance gear, I decided to buy dance tights and canvas ballet slippers from this company. The sizing guide for both the tights and shoes seemed really confusing at first, making it hard for me to pick the right sizes with confidence. I reached out to customer service to get some clarification, and they told me I could return the tights if they were unworn and still had their tags attached. But when I tried to start the return process, I found out that the items were labeled as non-returnable. This inconsistency and misleading information about returns left me feeling frustrated and let down. I was hoping for better customer service and clear return policies. So, I won't be ordering from this company again.
Really great
I bought dancewear for my daughter from here. It is really good in pricing as well quality. without worrying i can buy the items from here and also it helped me to make sure i am getting all the basic needs of her dancing. The dancewear is really important for a dancer , and my daughter loves doing it. As a supportive mother, i want her to explore and practice. however, i am a former dancer but after my accident, i stopped doing that. I dont want my daughter to stop this at any cost , especially if its about this basic stuffs.
So thank you so much for helping me so far and delivering the best options at my home.
