Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
I was pretty upset when I found out that this company charged my credit card without my permission. They bought 2 things totaling $559.00, all the way from Canada while I'm here in the USA. Luckily, I got a notification on my credit card and stopped it before it got any worse. It's really frustrating that this company didn't keep my info safe and it feels like a big betrayal.
Diamond ring
I bought a diamond ring from this company recently and the customer service was really disappointing. I've been a loyal customer for more than 8 years and spent a lot of money, so I was surprised when I found out my account was blocked over a $17 balance from 2017 that I never got any notices about. When I called customer service to ask about it, they were rude and said even if I paid the $17, I would still lose my stretch pay privileges. It's not cool to be treated that way by a company I've been loyal to for so long.
Amethyst earrings
I've been shopping at this jewelry store for a while now, and I always receive top-notch products and service. Recently, I bought a pair of pear-shaped amethyst earrings set in 18K gold over .925 silver, and they are absolutely gorgeous. The quality is superb, even though they were a display item. The size of the amethyst stones is just right – they look substantial without being too flashy. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely keep coming back as a loyal customer.
Ring purchase
I bought this really awesome ring online and it took forever to arrive. When it finally came, it was in a plastic bag inside a small box, which I thought was strange. The ring was beautiful at first, but after a few weeks, the band got all messed up. I was pretty disappointed.
Earring purchase
I just bought some earrings from this jewelry company, and man, I was really let down by the quality of what I got. They looked amazing on the website, but in person, they were just poorly made with cheap materials. It was obvious that they weren't worth the money I spent. I tried to contact customer service, but they didn't really solve my issues. The whole thing just made me feel irritated and disappointed as a customer.
Tracking issue with order
I recently had an issue tracking my order on the website. It turns out my current order was linked to an old tracking number from April, showing a delivery date of April 5th, which didn't make sense. When I talked to a chat representative named Kim, she mentioned that there was a problem with the tracking number and that there was no actual tracking available for my order. I was told to reach out again if my order didn't arrive by May 17th. I was pretty upset and disappointed by this whole situation, feeling like I was being deceived or possibly scammed by the website.
Assorted jewelry items
I just bought some jewelry from this store, and overall I'm happy with my purchase. But I gotta say, it really bugs me when I see the hosts on the show with messy nails. Like, seriously, they need to get them done! It's distracting when they're showing off nice jewelry on TV. Presentation is important, you know? But besides that, I do like the selection and quality of jewelry they have at this store.
Bracelet purchase
I recently bought a bracelet online and it didn't go well. I saw this really pretty one for $99.99 with free shipping, but when I tried to buy it, the price changed. I called customer service and they said the gold one was actually $119.99 plus shipping and tax. I argued that it was advertised for $99.99, but the operator's computer didn't show that. After a frustrating 25-minute call, I ended up paying the higher price because I really wanted the bracelet. It felt like a bait-and-switch, and I felt tricked. Now I'm not sure about ordering from them again.
Clearance alexandrite/tanzanite ring
I recently got this really nice alexandrite/tanzanite ring on clearance for my mom's Mother's Day gift. She loves it so much, it's beautiful. But, after just wearing it for two days, one of the side stones got stuck on her clothes and the main stone got loose. We tried to swap it out for a new one, but they were all gone. I tried talking to customer service to see if I could at least get some money back to fix it at a local jeweler quick, but the guy, Charlie, was so rude and unhelpful. The lack of care and support from the company has really soured the whole experience for me and my mom. It's been pretty disappointing and stressful.
Beads on sale
Man, I had a terrible experience with that place. I ordered these adorable beads that were on sale, and somehow the package ended up getting sent back to the store. It took forever for me to get my money back, and when I finally did, they only refunded me half of what I had paid! I definitely won't be shopping there again, they're just not reliable at all.
Pearls and Moissanite
Overall, I gotta say I had a really good time shopping for Pearls and Moissanite at that store. They had a wide variety of jewelry to choose from and the prices were pretty awesome. I did run into a little snag with my order, but their customer service team was on it and got it sorted out in no time. I also liked their return policy, it definitely made me feel more at ease when I was making my purchase. I'll for sure be thinking about shopping there again in the future.
Cross Bracelet purchase
OMG, my mom got this bracelet from this place, and it was really cute, but then the clasp broke. What the heck, right? She called the company, and they said they couldn't fix it. UGH, so frustrating. And their jewelry is just ugly, like, gross. I wouldn't recommend spending your money there, for real.
Recent necklace purchase
I recently bought this super pretty necklace from this company, and let me tell you, it's even better in person than it looked online. The quality and design are top-notch. The packaging was secure, and my order came pretty quickly. Every time I wear the necklace, I get so many compliments. I am beyond happy with my purchase.

I just bought some jewelry from this store that has lots of different options at different prices. I'm up in Canada so it takes a little while for shipping, but I've always had good customer service from them. Refunds might take a minute to go through, but I like that they always let me know when it's done. Overall, my shopping experience with this store has been great and I'll definitely be back again.
Ring sizing issue
I've been a customer for more than twenty years and have had some troubles with ring sizes since they tend to run small. But I've never had any issues with returning items. One good thing is that I often get free shipping, especially when I buy more than one of the same item. The customer service here is top-notch - they are always thorough, helpful, professional, and polite. You can tell their employees are well-trained because of how great their service is. Most of the hosts on the network are professional and mature, although there are a few exceptions that I'd rather not listen to.
necklace for my mom
I got this really pretty necklace for my mom from here, thinking she'd love it for Christmas. Turns out it was too big for her, so I had to return it. Great show and variety
I am totally obsessed with JTV Jewelry, they seriously have the coolest stuff to buy! The hosts are all so fun and really make me want to splurge on everything. I'm all about watching those Moissanite, Fabulite, Pearls, and Warehouse liquidation shows because they always have the best goodies. But man, it's frustrating when they cancel your order out of nowhere after you've already made the purchase. They gotta give us some kind of explanation, you know? And can we please get some half sizes up in here, sometimes the sizing is off. Besides those few issues, I'm still a huge fan of JTV and will definitely be adding more to my collection soon.
