Baby products purchase
I bought a bunch of baby stuff from this company and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good and safe everything is. The baby wipes are soft on my little one's skin and get the job done. The diaper rash cream is amazing and I feel relieved knowing it's all natural. The baby shampoo leaves my kiddo smelling great. I'm super happy with my purchase and for sure will be coming back for more.

My candle purchase
Oh my gosh, you guys, I just gotta say I'm super bummed about this candle I bought recently. The customer service was awful - their AI is so annoying, how can they think it's cool to make customers chat with a robot? Ever since this Kittridge person took over, things have been going downhill fast. And now with this Newell guy, it's just too much. They used to have amazing candles, but now they're just like the ones at Walmart, only way more expensive. Like, what's the point, seriously? And don't even get me started on their main store - it's a disaster! No respect for the building or the brand, they're just in it for the money. Ugh, such a major letdown.

Ordered lingerie that never arrived
I ordered some lingerie from this company, but my package never showed up because of some "improper address" mess. I tried hitting them up a bunch for a refund, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. It's been over a month now and still no word or my money back. Super annoying and definitely not planning on buying from them again.
