Small items, excellent customer service
The customer service at this place is amazing. Big shoutout to Jhork for being so on point. The tracking was spot on as well, so no issues there. Even though one package got held up by Royal Mail (not really the store's fault), both items ended up being too small. But hey, that's not Wave Inn's fault. Overall, I'd give them 5 stars for now. Now, let's see how the refund process goes.

Quick delivery, good condition, great prices, excellent customer service
I had a really good time shopping at this store. My order came super fast and in perfect condition. I was really happy with the prices and there were a lot of different products to choose from. I did have a little problem with my order, but the customer service fixed it right away and made sure I was happy. I'm really impressed with how they took care of everything and I would absolutely shop here again. I'll definitely be telling my friends and family about this store.
