I gotta tell ya, I gave that red light mask a shot from this place, and man, it was a total bust! I followed their instructions for over two months, but my skin didn't change one bit. My recent book purchase from this online store went pretty well. It was easy to place the order and find what I wanted. But I was a little bummed out by how my book was shipped. It arrived in a cardboard box that wasn't protected from the rain. When I picked it up, the box fell apart. Luckily, the book was fine, but if it sat outside any longer, it could have been ruined. I think the store should use recyclable packaging for book shipments to avoid issues like this in the future.

I am totally obsessed with JTV Jewelry, they seriously have the coolest stuff to buy! The hosts are all so fun and really make me want to splurge on everything. I'm all about watching those Moissanite, Fabulite, Pearls, and Warehouse liquidation shows because they always have the best goodies. But man, it's frustrating when they cancel your order out of nowhere after you've already made the purchase. They gotta give us some kind of explanation, you know? And can we please get some half sizes up in here, sometimes the sizing is off. Besides those few issues, I'm still a huge fan of JTV and will definitely be adding more to my collection soon.

Waist trainer mishap
I ordered a waist trainer from this company and was pumped to try it out, but they sent it to the wrong address. I double-checked my info and it was all correct, even got the confirmation email. Don't know how they messed that up. I called the post office and they said the package had the wrong address on it. Luxx hasn't even bothered to respond to my email about all this. Feels like they're not too concerned about keeping their customers happy.
