Photo development
My experience at the CVS on N Main St in Greer, SC was just awful. I went there with a friend to get some photos we had taken, and the staff said they would be ready in 3 to 4 weeks. But when we went to pick them up, they had thrown them away because we were too late. The staff was really rude and not helpful at all. They didn't seem to care about our situation. The manager was the worst though, they wouldn't give us a good contact number and even threatened to call the police. It was really bad customer service and honestly, it was pretty shocking.
Emergency medication purchase
I am extremely disappointed with CVS because they didn't give me the right information. I needed some important medications right away, but they didn't follow up with me, communicate well, or give me the correct details. Now, I don't have the meds I need, and that's putting me at risk of having to call 911 again and maybe even ending up in the hospital. It's really stressful and worrying. It's clear that CVS doesn't work well together internally, so I would suggest going to a different pharmacy for better and more accurate service.
Harry's shave cream
The shave cream I got from CVS was just awful. It was so hard to put on, like spreading glue on my face. And afterwards, my skin felt all dry and irritated with no moisture at all. I was so let down by this product, definitely would not suggest it to anyone.
Prescription medication
The CVS on Monroe Street in Tallahassee was a real letdown. I had to chill at their "Consultation Window" for ten whole minutes just to get straight-up ignored by the staff. It was obvious they didn't care much about customer service there. Plus, their delivery program was a joke - they just chucked my meds in an envelope and sent it out without caring about when it got there or if it was safe. I walked away feeling annoyed and like they didn't value me as a customer, you know?
Cough drops and chips
This place is just terrible! Their online account system is a complete joke. I was trying to update some information, but they kept messing it up. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. They just kept transferring me around like a hot potato and even asked to talk to a ghost at one point! It took forever to fix such a simple problem. I mean, really, how do they even manage to stay in business?
Overpriced stuff
This store is seriously overpriced, man. And waiting in line to pay? It's like, forever. The employees here need to calm down and be a little nicer, you know?
Allergy medicine
I stopped by CVS because my son had an allergic reaction and Noel was truly the best helper! He really should be recognized as the employee of the month. Noel was incredibly kind and went out of his way to assist us when we were in a tricky spot. The customer service here at CVS is just outstanding.
Prescription medications
I had a really frustrating time at the pharmacy the other day. It was so hard to get my prescriptions filled correctly and quickly. The people working there seemed all over the place and weren't very focused on helping customers. On top of that, their app was a mess - not easy to use and didn't give me the info I needed. I left feeling super disappointed with the service and annoyed by how unprofessional and uncommunicative they were.
Online order cancelled
I placed an order online and everything seemed fine. My credit card went through without any issues, but then hours later, I got a cancellation notice out of nowhere. There was no explanation at all! I decided to give the store a call and that's when I found out they were all out of stock. It would have been much better if the cancellation notice mentioned that. I also think it would have been nice of them to offer the option to pick up the item later when they had it back in stock. The whole situation just seems lazy, disorganized, and not good customer service.
OTC medication
I just tried calling the pharmacy at this place three times, and every time I got put on hold for 20 minutes before the call randomly ended without anyone answering. It was really annoying and felt like they didn't care about my time at all. They could have just put me on hold at least instead of ignoring me completely. Plus, the music and ads they played while I waited were old and irritating. Overall, it was a bad customer service experience that made me feel unappreciated as a customer.
Mobile phone credit card update
As a customer who really depends on my mobile phone to update my credit card info for medication deliveries, I gotta say I'm so impressed with how easy and convenient it is. For older folks who aren't too good with technology, updating card info over the phone or in person can be tough, so being able to do it on the phone is a total game-changer. I feel bad for anyone who's missing out on this super handy feature, 'cause it's made ordering and getting my meds a breeze.
Seizure medication delayed
I've been having a really frustrating time with this pharmacy. I set my seizure meds to auto-refill, but they're hardly ever ready when they should be. It's super annoying and not safe to have to go without my meds for a whole week or more every month. This situation has been stressing me out unnecessarily and putting my health in danger by upping the chances of having seizures. It's just not right for a pharmacy to not have crucial meds available and provide prompt service. I'm not going back to this pharmacy and I highly recommend others to steer clear of it too.
Pain relief medication
I just have to say, the service I got from this place was amazing! The staff there were so helpful and friendly. I've been going to CVS on Ventnor Ave in Margate, NJ for a couple of years now, and I gotta tell ya, it's my favorite spot for all my pharmacy stuff. The employees, especially the night manager, really know their stuff. It's kinda sad to see some people being mean to them when they're working so hard.
Prescription Pick-Up
The service I got at the pharmacy recently was really bad. I went to the CVS on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Rd. to get my prescriptions, and one of the important medications I needed was missing. When I got to my car, I noticed it wasn't there, so I had to go back inside. The male pharmacist I dealt with was so rude and unprofessional, it was really unnecessary. The female pharmacist who ended up helping me was the only good part of the whole situation. It's disappointing to see such bad customer service from someone who's supposed to be helping with people's health.
Bought some stuff
I bought some stuff but instead of just keeping it, I decided to leave a review like my mom suggested. I think that the CVS store should give their workers more hours so they can have enough people on staff. It's kinda unfair for just one person to handle everything, especially since they could get hurt or stuff could be stolen. And when someone gets let go, it's not cool how they don't talk about the benefits or anything. I wouldn't recommend my friends to work there if they're looking for a job.
Medication auto-delivery service
I've been a regular customer at the CVS in Fuquay-Varina, NC for a while now, but I'm fed up with their lousy customer service. I signed up for their medication auto-delivery service over a year ago, thinking it would make things easier for me. However, every time my prescriptions are refilled, I get a notice to come pick them up at the store. It defeats the whole purpose of having auto-delivery in the first place. I have to waste time calling in, waiting on hold for anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, just to ask for my meds to be mailed to me. There have been times when my meds weren't delivered on time, leaving me without my essential medications for up to two weeks. This could seriously impact my health, as I depend on these meds for my well-being. When I shared my frustration with the staff, they were unhelpful and didn't offer any real solutions. The lack of compassion and understanding from the CVS team has pushed me to take my business elsewhere, hoping for the reliable and efficient service I deserve. Not being able to talk to a supervisor, who conveniently happens to be on an endless vacation, says a lot about how this CVS location doesn't care about customer satisfaction. It's disappointing and just not okay.
Senior-friendly shopping experience
CVS is the best place for seniors to shop for a bunch of stuff. If you join CVS rewards and use the weekly discount coupons they send through text and email, you can really save a lot of money. What I really like about CVS is the extra perks they offer, especially at the end of the month. Those perks have been a real lifesaver for me when money is tight, helping me make my fixed income last until the next paycheck.
Prescription refill process
I had a frustrating experience with the prescription refill process at this store recently. Even though I'm a part of their membership program, the automatic delivery they promised was unreliable and ended up causing me more trouble than it was worth. Every time I needed a refill, it defaulted to pickup instead of delivery, which just led to more frustration and wasted time. When I tried to fix the issue over the phone, all I got was a bunch of irrelevant questions and automated responses that didn't help at all. The online platform wasn't much better in solving the problem. Overall, my experience with the refill process was disappointing and definitely not smooth.
toiletries and over-the-counter medication
As someone who shops at CVS, I gotta say, my last time there wasn't great. The ordering process was super confusing, the website had unclear instructions. And when I went to the store, the service was meh - the staff didn't seem interested in helping at all. Plus, the prices were way higher than other stores around. To top it off, my order showed up super late, which was annoying. Overall, I was pretty let down by CVS and I wouldn't suggest going there.
Online purchase experience
I just wanted to share about my recent online shopping experience that didn't go so well. Like many other people, I found the rules for using online coupons and rewards really confusing and they seemed to keep changing. I had trouble using a $10 discount and when I reached out to customer service, they couldn't really help me out. Even when they could have fixed things, they chose not to. I'm thinking about reporting this to someone who can look into it further.
