I've been ordering from Vision Direct for the past 7 years and they've always been reliable. I found them when I came to Spain and needed contact lenses, and their service team was great at recommending a product that worked for me. Oh my goodness, I got my glasses really fast, only 3 days even with Easter! And the prices were amazing, like seriously, I could buy more stuff. The website was so user-friendly, I just clicked a few buttons and boom, glasses on the way!

I can't believe what happened when I tried to order the same thing again from Vision Direct! They gave me a free gift with my first order, but then they tried to charge me for it without even asking when I tried to repeat the order. How rude is that?! And it wasn't even easy for me to take it out of my cart, I had to search for it buried in there. So frustrating!
