I just bought some custom jewelry from this company and I am so thrilled with how great the quality and craftsmanship is. The designs are so intricate and detailed, I was really impressed. I bought some stuff from this store not too long ago, but when my order showed up, some things were missing. I tried getting in touch with customer service a few times, but they never got back to me to help fix the problem. I can't believe how awful my experience was with this company. They didn't deliver one of my orders to my house, and the other never even made it to my doorstep. Large orders, missing and incorrect products
I've gotta talk about my experience with this company I recently made some big orders with. It's been a total letdown. The first couple orders they messed up by switching out stuff I wanted for completely different things that weren't even close in style, size, or color. But man, my last order in October 2023 was the worst. I'm missing a whole 23 items and got the wrong stuff for like 15 more. Trying to get this fixed has been a real headache. I've been dealing with customer service, specifically Sandra, who said she'd sort everything out after the New Year. It's been 5 months now, way past Lunar New Year, and Sandra isn't even answering my messages anymore. I'm so frustrated because I can't restock the items I put so much effort and money into marketing for my business. It's a major bummer.

The jewelry set I bought was so beautiful, I really loved it. I got compliments every time I wore it. But, shipping took longer than I expected, which was a little disappointing. On the positive side, Sandra, the lady I talked to from Customer Service, was really nice and helpful whenever I had questions. She gave me all the info I needed and kept me updated on my order. So, even though the shipping was delayed, I was still happy with my purchase overall.

Split shipment with missing part
