Birch wood baseball bat
I just bought a birch wood baseball bat from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how well it's made. It feels strong but also light, so I can hit the ball hard and still keep control. The yellow birch wood they used is different from other bats I've used before, and it really makes a difference in how well it performs. I ordered my Back to School clothes on August 17th, but my order is still waiting to be sent out. Can you believe it? School starts in less than a week, and I really need my new clothes to look awesome on the first day. The chat person gave me a discount code, but that doesn't make up for the delay. I ordered stuff from other stores on the same day, and they all got here already. Next time, I'll definitely shop somewhere else.

Tacos and pizza meal
I felt terrible, like death warmed over. No energy, pounding headache, nausea, and even threw up. The place was a disaster, not clean at all. The bathrooms weren't even separate, broken stair railings, dirty lids, dried ketchup all over the place. And to top it off, the servers were wearing sweatpants! I highly advise against eating at this restaurant.

Monthly memberships
As a customer, I was pretty upset when I found out that I was signed up for memberships without even knowing it. The way they talked about the "perks" and "free shipping" made it sound like it was all free, but now I see that they charged me for it. I got hit with a $14.95 fee for perks and a $19.00 fee for monthly shipping from November to now, and that definitely caught me off guard. They didn't make it clear when I bought stuff that I'd be getting charged for these extras. I went ahead and canceled those memberships and asked to stop getting text messages from them.

Fantastic quality, appalling delivery experience
The kids' clothes from this online store are really great - I've always been happy with what I've bought. But, the delivery part is a whole different story. Using UPS for deliveries is a total mess. They just drop off my packages at my door without even trying to let me know they're there. It's pretty nerve-wracking to have expensive stuff sitting out there for hours. If they don't fix this delivery problem soon, they're gonna lose customers, no matter how awesome their stuff is.

I had a real bummer of an experience with ordering a 3-seater convertible sofa from Corner La Redoute AMPM at the Galeries Lafayette in Nice. I put in my order back in November and they said the delivery would be handled by Relais Colis, who was supposed to drop it off at a local warehouse for shipment to my home. Well, after waiting around for 4 months, they hit me with the news that my package was nowhere to be found. I mean, seriously? How does a delivery service mess up that bad that they can't even get a package to a warehouse, let alone lose a whole sofa? I've had issues with this company before, but this one takes the cake. I'm done dealing with them for sure.
