This company is such a scam! They froze my 300 euros and flat out refused to give it back. Dealing with them was a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

I put my NEAR in, and I waited 4 hours but it still wasn't showing up in my account. It had already been confirmed on the blockchain for hours. I reached out to support and they told me that NEAR can be slow sometimes. This is gonna be the first and only time I use this service. I can't take the chance of my trades and money getting stuck like that again.
