Broken soldering iron
I mean, I got this soldering iron and it's, like, completely busted, ya know? Been trying to reach out for help since December, but, like, nobody's responding to my emails. It's seriously driving me nuts, ya know? Why is it so dang hard to get some assistance?
Gel stars for poor service
I ordered some gel stars, but I never got them. The company hasn't been picking up when I call or message them, and they still haven't given me a refund for the stuff that never arrived. If they had actually delivered or refunded me, I would have said so.
Planting pots purchase
I bought two planting pots back in April 2022 for $114, thinking they'd be here in no time. But come June, still nothing! So I asked for my money back and for them to just cancel the whole thing. They did cancel it, but they never gave me my refund. Seriously, stay away from this place. Total rip-off.
