Easy and efficient money transfers
I've been using this service for years and it's always been really easy to use. The app is simple and makes everything go smoothly. I've never had any problems with my transfers and I always get notifications once the money has been sent. I definitely suggest this service to anyone who needs to send money internationally.
Payment issue due to lack of card reader and QR code compatibility
I ran into a big problem when I tried to send money using the app because I don't have a card reader. The QR code payment option didn't work with my smartphone, even though I selected it. I had trouble reading the code with my device. The app was supposed to switch smoothly between the QR code and the app, but it didn't work like it was supposed to.
Money transfer issue resolved
I had some trouble transferring money to someone, so I decided to file a complaint on May 15th. The customer service team, especially Carl, really came through and dealt with everything professionally and quickly. They asked for some missing documents, and as soon as I sent them over, the payment went through in less than a day. The person I was sending money to ended up getting it on May 16th. Online money transfer
I had some trouble with an online money transfer recently and called customer service a bunch of times. I didn't hear back from them until I posted a bad review. Even though WorldRemit eventually fixed my issue, their customer service should be easier for real people to reach instead of just using auto chat that doesn't always help.

The money transfer service I used was so slow processing my payment. And guess what? Twice they said my account was "invalid" even though it's the account I always use. Finally, a customer service agent did reach out to me, but seriously, they need to step up their game because this is not cool at all. I used to be a fan of this service, but now I'm leaning towards sticking with other platforms that actually do what they're supposed to.

This app is awesome for sending money, but I'm having a hard time logging in right now. I used to really like how simple it was to use, but now I can't get back in after changing my verification method. Can somebody help me with this problem? It's really getting on my nerves not being able to get into my account.

My mom recommended this service to me because someone in Uganda told her about it. Even though no one received the referral reward that was promised, I might use it again because it's convenient and secure. Customer service got in touch with me promptly, but they couldn't provide a solution. I was able to send the money without any problems, but no one received the voucher. I finally got my money back! I was really annoyed by how long it took the company to respond to my refund request, but their customer service really stepped up. I reached out on March 27th, and they said they'd refund me in 7 working days. Well, I checked my account today on April 5th, and the money was there! Refunded transaction
My experience with this transaction was absolutely terrible! I was expecting to get my money back, but World Remit went and sent it to the wrong account. I mean, seriously – I paid with Apple Pay, how could they mess that up? Now I'm stuck having to deal with their mistake and it's really starting to get on my nerves. I usually enjoy using this service to send money back home, but this time they really dropped the ball. All I want is my money back, it shouldn't be this complicated!

I sent money from Australia to a South African bank account and it got there by the end of the day. If you do it before 2pm Pretoria time, it'll arrive the same day. Initially, I wasn't too pleased with the service, but the customer service team really looked into my issues and fixed them. Hats off to them for the quick delivery and amazing customer support.
Transaction to Nigeria
I had a pretty bad experience with a transaction I made to my cousin's account in Nigeria. The money disappeared out of the blue when she tried to take it out, but then World Remit got in touch with me after I left a review and they fixed the problem right away. I'm really thankful for their great customer service and quick problem-solving. Hopefully, they keep working on better ways to communicate with customers so it's easier to get help when needed.
Recent payment experience
I wanted to share some feedback about a problem I've been having with my payment service. I've been using it since 2019 and usually it's been pretty good. Lately though, I've had trouble sending money to a certain place. I tried reaching out to customer service but the issue hasn't been fixed. Right now, I only have one choice and it's not really working for me. It would be great if there was more clear communication about any changes to the service.
Delayed refund issue
Yeah, so I had this whole mess with my refund taking forever to get back to me. I've been with them for ages, so I was pretty darn annoyed by the whole ordeal. But, thankfully, they did eventually sort it out to my satisfaction. Apparently, there was a mix-up that couldn't be helped, which I get, but man, it was frustrating. At least they came through in the end, even if it took forever.
