I finally got my money back! I was really annoyed by how long it took the company to respond to my refund request, but their customer service really stepped up. I reached out on March 27th, and they said they'd refund me in 7 working days. Well, I checked my account today on April 5th, and the money was there! I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how fast and efficient they were. They really came through and made me a satisfied customer. Big props to them for their awesome customer service!

I had some trouble transferring money to someone, so I decided to file a complaint on May 15th. The customer service team, especially Carl, really came through and dealt with everything professionally and quickly. They asked for some missing documents, and as soon as I sent them over, the payment went through in less than a day. The person I was sending money to ended up getting it on May 16th. Payment issue due to lack of card reader and QR code compatibility
I ran into a big problem when I tried to send money using the app because I don't have a card reader. The QR code payment option didn't work with my smartphone, even though I selected it. I had trouble reading the code with my device. The app was supposed to switch smoothly between the QR code and the app, but it didn't work like it was supposed to.
Transaction to Nigeria
I had a pretty bad experience with a transaction I made to my cousin's account in Nigeria. The money disappeared out of the blue when she tried to take it out, but then World Remit got in touch with me after I left a review and they fixed the problem right away. I've used this service a bunch of times and I gotta say, it would be awesome if they offered some discounts for us regular users. Shipping fees can really start to add up, so a little break on the cost would definitely make me want to keep coming back. I sent money from Australia to a South African bank account and it got there by the end of the day. If you do it before 2pm Pretoria time, it'll arrive the same day. Initially, I wasn't too pleased with the service, but the customer service team really looked into my issues and fixed them. Hats off to them for the quick delivery and amazing customer support.

Finally, a customer service agent did reach out to me, but seriously, they need to step up their game because this is not cool at all. Even though no one received the referral reward that was promised, I might use it again because it's convenient and secure. Customer service got in touch with me promptly, but they couldn't provide a solution. I was able to send the money without any problems, but no one received the voucher. My experience with this transaction was absolutely terrible! I was expecting to get my money back, but World Remit went and sent it to the wrong account. I mean, seriously – I paid with Apple Pay, how could they mess that up? Now I'm stuck having to deal with their mistake and it's really starting to get on my nerves. I usually enjoy using this service to send money back home, but this time they really dropped the ball. All I want is my money back, it shouldn't be this complicated!

I wanted to share some feedback about a problem I've been having with my payment service. I've been using it since 2019 and usually it's been pretty good. Lately though, I've had trouble sending money to a certain place. I tried reaching out to customer service but the issue hasn't been fixed.
