Unhappy!!
I purchased some things online, but then they charged me twice and later gave me a refund. What's going on with that? Their customer service is terrible. I can't even call them because their phones are broken.
Colorful and vibrant socks
I love these socks! The design and colors are just so beautiful and the quality is top-notch. The artistry really shines through and the materials are strong and durable, making them last a long time. I've been on the hunt for the perfect pair of socks for years, and I've finally found them.
Socks order
This company really needs to step up their game. The second batch of socks I ordered came without tags and just thrown in a bag, instead of being in a box like before. When I tried to talk to them about it, the customer service rep was giving me attitude and not being truthful. Their prices might be decent, but the way they treat their customers and their lack of attention to detail is just not okay.
Birthday gifts for son
I wanted to grab my son some cool socks and underwear for his birthday and this place seemed to have good stuff, but man, the whole process was a total nightmare! I had to make two separate purchases just to send him both gifts. And then, on his birthday, he only received one of the gift emails! Can you believe that? I had to reach out to them about it, but they weren't working on the weekend, so I had to wait until Tuesday to hear back. They told me my son would need to create a new email address just to get the second gift! Like, seriously? It's so strange! They only communicate through text and email too. Imagine if Amazon made you get a new email every time you ordered something? Crazy! They did give a refund for one order, though. The folks I was texting with were really nice and helpful, but the whole email situation was just confusing.
Oversized clothing disaster
I recently ordered some really nice clothes from this store and you know what happened? They ended up sending me stuff that was way too big! I tried to contact them about it, but they never replied to my emails or calls. It's frustrating, you know? I mean, what's the point of having customer service if they're not going to assist their customers when there's an issue?
Monthly underwear subscription
The website is alright, not the most user-friendly, but that doesn't stop me from sticking with my monthly underwear subscription. Their stuff is seriously amazing. The material of their socks and t-shirts is top of the line, and let me tell you, the butterblend underwear is a total game-changer. It feels like a fancy hug for my behind. If only they offered a t-shirt subscription like they do for socks and undies, I'd sign up quicker than you can say "comfort."
My socks suck
I recently bought some new socks and let me tell you, they are the absolute worst! I used to have some old socks that were just fantastic, but these new ones feel like I'm walking around with cardboard on my feet. They seriously remind me of those cheap socks you can find at the store nearby. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest them to anyone!
Monthly subscription socks
I signed up for this sock subscription service and it did not go well. They picked out socks for me without asking my preference. When I wanted to return them, the company said I had to go to the post office in person to get a refund. Dealing with it was a hassle and I wouldn't suggest their subscription to anyone.
Misleading product description
I recently bought a pair of socks online that were supposed to be 'light thickness' but ended up being super thick and uncomfortable. When I reached out to customer service about returning them, they weren't very helpful. The person I talked to, let's say her name was Fleur, pretty much said too bad and that I'd have to cover the cost of return shipping. That's not how you treat loyal customers who have spent a lot of money on your stuff. Long story short, I won't be shopping there again.
Socks and boxers
Hey, so I ordered some really cool socks and boxers online, you know? I was so pumped to get them, but man, it took forever and a day for them to finally show up. I placed the order way back on November 27th, and here we are on December 18th with no sign of my package. I was so annoyed that I ended up leaving a negative review. Then, someone from the shop reached out and said they emailed me about my order, but I swear I checked my inbox and spam folder and there was nada! It's just frustrating, you know? I get that they want their money, but I just want my stuff too!
Socks
I was like totally freaking out after reading all those negative comments, but then I had a little issue with my delivery (my mistake) and the customer service people were just so chill and really helped me out. Thanks for being awesome!
Infiknit socks
I really like socks because they're comfy and they fit great, but let me tell you, the warranty for those Infiknit socks was a huge letdown. I tried to show them proof of purchase and everything, but the customer service just didn't step up to fix the problem.
Variety of socks
I just bought a bunch of socks from this company, and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. Even though I saw some bad reviews about their customer service, I decided to take a chance because everyone was raving about how awesome their socks are. I started with a few pairs with cool designs, and now I keep adding more to my collection. These socks fit like a dream and are super comfy. I totally get why people keep coming back for more, despite the company's flaws.

No response to my emails or calls. It's like they don't care about me or my order at all. So disappointing.
