Purchased a camera lens
I had a really good experience talking to the customer support team. I had some questions about the camera lens I bought and they got back to me fast with some useful info. The Gear Guide really knew their stuff and gave me the help I was looking for. The only thing I wish is that I had reached out to them earlier, because I had already gone on a trip to try out the lens at a botanical garden before they helped me. But all in all, I was happy with the support they gave me.

Fake Rewards - $10 Steam Gift Card
This is just crazy! I ordered a $10 Steam Gift Card way back in February and was told it would arrive by March 21. But here we are in August, and I still haven't gotten anything. I thought this service was supposed to be fast, but it's been forever and nothing has shown up. I feel like I've been tricked and I'm so annoyed by the lack of updates and slow responses.

Defective teeth whitening unit replacement
I just had a problem with my teeth whitening kit conking out on me after a year. But no biggie, the company hooked me up with a replacement right away. Dale, the customer service rep, was super helpful and made it all a breeze. I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how they handled my issue so swiftly. App 'Onecalendar'
I recently bought the app 'Onecalendar' after trying out the free version and reading the description, but man, what a letdown. The trial version was just meh, and the description hyped it up big time. But when I upgraded to the full version, it was a complete waste of money. I asked for a refund, only to be told I couldn't get one. Feels like they're robbing me blind. The app guys blamed Microsoft, but even Microsoft couldn't do squat. Pretty shady all around. Thought they were a legit company, but now I know better. No way I'm falling for their app scam again.

My time at this store was fantastic. When I walked in, Don Watson, the salesperson, greeted me right away. He was super helpful and made sure I found the perfect shirt and tie. Don knew his stuff and asked all the right questions. He even offered to measure me for the perfect fit and told me about the specials in the store. Even though he was busy with other customers, Don stayed cool and gave me great service with a smile. I ended up buying three shirts and an awesome tie, and I'm thrilled with my shopping trip.
