Item purchase
I got this thing that literally took forever to show up. It was like waiting for Christmas, except worse because I had no clue when it was gonna come. I kept bugging them for tracking info, but it was like I was invisible or something. And when the thing finally got here, it was so lame and poorly made. Not cool at all, dude.
Worst application ever
This app is just terrible. I mean, there are so many bugs it's like a nightmare. I've never seen a worse application in my life, it's like it was made by aliens from outer space trying to mess with us. Honestly, this app should be destroyed and never used again. Don't even bother with this disaster, it's not worth the headache!
Trouble with Customer Service
I am so fed up with this company and their horrible customer service. I've been trying to get help for weeks with no luck. I'm 75 years old and all this tech stuff just confuses me. The instructions they give me don't make any sense and I feel like I'm going in circles. And don't even get me started on their useless email addresses - all my emails come back as undelivered. It's so frustrating that a big company like this can't even help their customers properly. No wonder there are so many bad reviews.
Laptop purchase with extended warranty
I just bought a laptop from your company and also got the extended warranty, but I have to say I'm pretty let down by the whole thing. The warranty was supposed to cover any problems with the laptop, but when I ran into some issues, turns out it wasn't actually valid. Thankfully, the problems were just driver issues so far, but it's still frustrating that I paid for a warranty that turned out to be useless. It's not cool that the company wasn't transparent about this and didn't come through on their end of the deal. It's definitely left a bad taste in my mouth as a customer.
Surface Pro purchase
My experience buying a Surface Pro from their website was a complete nightmare. I dropped a good chunk of change on the thing only for it to crap out after just four years. When I tried to get help from customer support, they were no help at all and basically said tough luck. And then, to top it off, they had the nerve to keep emailing me, pushing me to buy a new device. Can you believe that?!
Surface Pro order
I ordered a Surface Pro but all I received was the keyboard and pen. I've been dealing with Microsoft Customer Services to track down my computer, and it's been a real mess. My advice: steer clear of buying from the Microsoft shop!
App 'Onecalendar'
I recently bought the app 'Onecalendar' after trying out the free version and reading the description, but man, what a letdown. The trial version was just meh, and the description hyped it up big time. But when I upgraded to the full version, it was a complete waste of money. I asked for a refund, only to be told I couldn't get one. Feels like they're robbing me blind. The app guys blamed Microsoft, but even Microsoft couldn't do squat. Pretty shady all around. Thought they were a legit company, but now I know better. No way I'm falling for their app scam again.
Lost Package
Oh my goodness, I had the most frustrating experience with my package not being delivered! I was so irritated trying to get it sorted out. I had to talk to so many different people and none of them could help me. And then they still didn't fix the issue in the end! So not cool. All I want is to get my stuff, you feel me?
Movie purchase
As a customer, I gotta tell ya, I really wouldn't recommend buying movies from this company. The password reset situation is all automated and it asks for a ton of old info about your account, like ancient credit card numbers and passwords. If you can't dig up that stuff, you're basically out of luck and can't get to your movies ever again. It's super annoying that there's no human help in this process, making it super hard for people to get back to their stuff.
Software update issue
I bought some software from Microsoft and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out by how unreliable their updates are. I got hit with an error message that said "something happened and we couldn't complete the update", along with the error code 0x80073CFE. It totally stopped me from updating my software, which was super annoying and a huge waste of time. I mean, come on now, Microsoft is a big name and I really hope they step up and fix this problem real soon.
Windows 11 update
I just updated my laptop to Windows 11 and ran into a major problem with a security update that wouldn't let me in with my PIN. So, I had to go through the whole rigmarole of resetting my laptop, losing all my apps, data, and files to get back into Windows. It was a total pain, took up a ton of time, and honestly, it's got me wishing I never even updated to Windows 11.
Digital game purchases
When you're buying digital games from the Microsoft Store, you gotta watch out for some issues with how the package registration works. Like, say you grab the ultimate edition of a game, the system might not mark down all the editions as "owned," and then you're stuck with the lower tier ones still up for grabs. It can be pretty annoying. Unlike platforms like Steam, where if you already own the ultimate edition, you can't accidentally buy a lower tier. So yeah, the Microsoft Store system seems a bit lacking in comparison.
App purchase
I messed up and bought an app from this site without realizing I needed to log in to use it, which they didn't mention on the app's page. When I tried to redeem it, there was no clear way how. I had to reach out to customer service and fill out a form with absurd questions, like asking how many pages I read to redeem it - crazy! It's like you need a PhD just to redeem a simple purchase on this site. I'm thinking about checking if this is even legal and taking action if needed. The fact that customer service hasn't responded is really frustrating and not cool.
Computer software
My experience ordering computer software from this company was a nightmare. I followed their address instructions for shipping to a PO Box, but they still shipped it through UPS, causing a major issue for me. I've been trying to contact customer service for days, but keep getting put on hold for hours and have not had my problem resolved. It's frustrating to be out a lot of money and not get the product I paid for. The service from this company is terrible and I'm really disappointed.
Software purchase denial
I just tried to get a refund for some software I bought and didn't like, but they told me I already got too many refunds this year. They never told me about this rule before I bought it, which seems really shady. I can't even remember asking for any refunds this year, so I'm pretty upset about this policy.
Update and download issues
I've been dealing with these annoying problems with updates and app downloads for years now. It's been super frustrating and caused a lot of headaches. I've tried everything to fix it, but no matter what I do, the issues just keep coming back.
Faulty app
I bought this app from you all, and it really let me down. Supposed to be a wallpaper app, said it'd work on Windows 10 and 11, but it didn't do anything on my computers. I was excited to test it out, but when I installed it, all I saw was a blank screen.
App download experience
Downloading games from the Microsoft Store was a huge pain. I'm used to using Steam, where everything is super smooth and easy. But with the Microsoft Store, clicking install sometimes did nothing at all, just leaving me annoyed and puzzled. And then there were the times when I'd get an error message during the download, only to have it start randomly after trying a bunch of times. Plus, trying to adjust the graphics settings in Age of Empires IV messed everything up and I ended up spending like 20 minutes just trying to get it to work. I really thought Microsoft would have their act together better.
A trusted brand
Probably this is one of the first three company in this world where writing reviews about products is very difficult Reason is 80% software's usages either at home or my office are of Microsoft After using them since decades what is relevancy to make some.words Microsoft 365 is a package of different software's from this company ,though many if them already using since long time individually and I paid for all those software's
Just keep them updated and use smoothly
I am using Family and office package ,three installments still to pay back Additional feature of detection ransomware and security feature
