Trouble with Customer Service
I am so fed up with this company and their horrible customer service. I've been trying to get help for weeks with no luck. I'm 75 years old and all this tech stuff just confuses me. The instructions they give me don't make any sense and I feel like I'm going in circles. And don't even get me started on their useless email addresses - all my emails come back as undelivered. It's so frustrating that a big company like this can't even help their customers properly. No wonder there are so many bad reviews.

Bag and necklace
I really like the designs and style of the stuff at this store, but man, the quality is just not up to par. I’ve bought a bunch of things over the years, and every time, something goes wrong – either it falls apart or arrives damaged. The last straw was when I dropped $400 on a bag that looked amazing but the zipper was messed up, making it pretty much useless. And to top it off, I ordered a necklace that came with a broken clasp. It's been so frustrating.

Phone for elderly individual
I was looking for a phone that actually worked and had customer service reps who spoke English and were nice and helpful. It reminded me of dealing with an old-school guy like Michael Winner. The website was okay, but a little too advanced for my tech skills.
