I was really blown away by the customer service I got from Stirlingkit. They didn't have all the parts I needed on hand, but they actually reached out to the manufacturer to track down and send me what I needed. That kind of dedication and going above and beyond to make sure I was happy really earned my trust and totally surpassed what I was expecting. When I thought I was out of luck in getting the parts, Stirlingkit came through and showed me they really do care about their customers and will do whatever it takes to make sure they're happy.

Order cancellation without notification
I can't believe how awful the communication and customer service is at this nursery! I ordered some stuff that was supposed to be in stock, but turns out my order got cancelled without them even telling me. No phone call, email, nothing. I only found out because I checked on my order. And to make it worse, I got an email 8 days later telling me it was cancelled! This is not okay at all, I won't be shopping here again.

Discount glasses
I just got some discount glasses online and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The prices were awesome and the value was definitely there. But, I did have a little trouble putting in my prescription when I was ordering. And when the glasses arrived, they were a different color than what I picked out. Even with those hiccups, I'd still think about buying from them again because it was one of the better discount glasses purchases I've made.

Train tickets in Morocco
I just used this service to buy train tickets for my trip in Morocco. The tickets showed up on separate days, and the first one didn't come until the afternoon of our scheduled journey. It made us a little nervous since we couldn't get online at the time. But the support team came through and helped us out when we needed it. Now that I've got the hang of how it all works, I'd be open to using this service again for my next trip.

Digital game purchases
When you're buying digital games from the Microsoft Store, you gotta watch out for some issues with how the package registration works. Like, say you grab the ultimate edition of a game, the system might not mark down all the editions as "owned," and then you're stuck with the lower tier ones still up for grabs. It can be pretty annoying. Unlike platforms like Steam, where if you already own the ultimate edition, you can't accidentally buy a lower tier. So yeah, the Microsoft Store system seems a bit lacking in comparison.

Summer purchase disappointment
I just bought a few things for the summer, ordered three items but only got one. And you know what? The one I did get was not up to par, so I sent it back for a refund. But here's the thing - it's been a month and I still haven't gotten the other two items. They said they shipped them, but there's no tracking info so I have no clue when or if they'll even show up. It's frustrating, to say the least.
