Unpacking the box I realized it was exactly what I needed, and the tracking updates had been spot on so I wasn't left guessing. Pretty relieved it came from abroad without issues — would tell others to watch the delivery emails.
Porch relief at last
Right when the box hit the porch I felt relieved — I needed it to fix something I couldn't find in the U.S. All seven worked, though one was dinged, so not perfect.
Reluctant win

Tracked and relieved
Right when my lower back was acting up and I was moving, I needed this. Tracking showed up late, and my email on Aug 27 got no answer, but once traced the delivery worked, good service, relieved
Missing box, slow fix
Weird—no package in my mailbox, company said it was my fault and sent an automated email. I couldn't try the product (was curious how it'd feel), but after I nagged they refunded and resent a replacement. Slow and annoying, but it worked in the end.
