I recently bought a few diffusers from overseas through this company, and I have to say, the whole experience was incredible. I found these diffusers while I was in Italy and absolutely loved them, but unfortunately, they weren't available in the UK. I'm a huge fan of Onebioshop! Their customer service is seriously the best. I needed my invoice in a different currency and they took care of it right away. And when my order ended up with some extra charges, they handled it immediately with a refund. And the prices are unbeatable! I'll definitely be returning for more shopping.
Received 2 out of 7 items
I recently bought some stuff from this company and it turned out to be a total mess. I ordered 7 things but only got 2, and to top it off, one of the cologne bottles was old and leaking. I reached out to them right away with photos of the damaged product, but their response was pretty disappointing. They said they had video proof that the bottle wasn't leaking, but when I asked to see it, they suddenly stopped responding. They said they'd send a return label for me to send back the stuff, but they never followed through. I had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charges since the company just went silent. It's obvious they're not very honest and their business practices are pretty shady. I'll definitely make sure to warn others about their sketchy behavior on different review sites.
