Awesome customer service and best price
I'm a huge fan of Onebioshop! Their customer service is seriously the best. I needed my invoice in a different currency and they took care of it right away. And when my order ended up with some extra charges, they handled it immediately with a refund. And the prices are unbeatable! I'll definitely be returning for more shopping.
Received 2 out of 7 items
I recently bought some stuff from this company and it turned out to be a total mess. I ordered 7 things but only got 2, and to top it off, one of the cologne bottles was old and leaking. I reached out to them right away with photos of the damaged product, but their response was pretty disappointing. They said they had video proof that the bottle wasn't leaking, but when I asked to see it, they suddenly stopped responding. They said they'd send a return label for me to send back the stuff, but they never followed through. I had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charges since the company just went silent. It's obvious they're not very honest and their business practices are pretty shady. I'll definitely make sure to warn others about their sketchy behavior on different review sites.
Vetiver bath gel from Roger Gallet
Let me tell ya, this place is absolutely legit! I was lookin' for this specific vetiver bath gel and I just stumbled upon this hidden gem. To my surprise, they not only had exactly what I needed, but their customer service was top-notch. They got back to me right away, were super helpful, and made sure my order made it to the US in no time. And can we talk about the prices? It was surprisingly affordable, I was truly impressed. Outdated and partial cancellations
I was really let down by my experience with Onebioshop. It took a frustratingly long 10 days for them to even ship out my order. When it finally arrived, the shipping itself was fast, but I was surprised to see that one item was canceled without warning. The items I did get were over 5 years old and didn't match the updated branding on the website. Even though the prices were fair, the quality of the products just didn't meet my expectations.
European organic products, including baby formula
I just bought some European organic products, like baby formula, from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with the quality of their stuff. It took about 2 weeks for the package to get to me here in Canada, which isn't too bad considering how far it had to travel. The shipping cost was decent, varied a bit but nothing too crazy. The customer service was on point - super helpful and always quick to get back to me with answers. I'd absolutely suggest this company to anyone in need of top-notch, dependable products.

My first time trying out Onebioshop was awesome. I was on the hunt for this specific Italian hair dye brand that I always use, and I was happy to see that Onebioshop had it in stock. After that, I got a bunch of emails updating me on my shipment, which was nice. My stuff arrived yesterday, right on time, and was all packed up securely and in great shape. This site is a total game-changer for ordering stuff from other countries. It's so easy to use and the shipping is super quick, making it a top pick for anyone wanting to buy things from overseas. The selection is awesome and the whole process is smooth. But my one gripe is that they never seem to restock items like Ziverel. I rely on that product a lot and really wish they'd get more in soon.
