Wonderful customer service
The company is offering the best customer service that i ever hoped for. My company is running so smoothly because of this and it is such a pleasant working experience, The radiosity devices are made for performing well and dining the job on point. The connectivity is the best and i can do the work without spending on time on not so important matters
apart from this, the services are amazing. they changed the devices when it was not working and also helped us a lot to understand how this works, its really wonderful and i strongly recommend to every person who is in need of some really recent technology DMRs or analog radios. I was really looking forward to trying out the GA-510 radio, but I ended up running into some problems along the way. I tried multiple times to program the radio using both the chirp app and the other app that was included, but had no luck. It was disappointing because I was hoping to be able to access and connect to repeaters easily. On the bright side, I have to give credit to the customer service team for quickly processing a full refund for me. The radio itself had a good power output, but the programming issue made it impossible for me to use it the way I wanted to. Overall, my experience with the GA-510 was mixed.
Xiegu G90 support feedback
The customer service at this company is amazing. I had a problem with the VFO encoder on my Xiegu G90 radio and Nora from the support team really came through to help me out. She gave me some different solutions to choose from and then made sure everything was fixed quickly and accurately. Thanks to her, I got a new replacement radio under warranty in less than a week. I also like that they offer a repair/spare parts kit for the Xiegu, something I might look into buying once my warranty is up.
Amateur radio transceiver
I bought a ham radio from this company not too long ago, and the first one I got was busted. Seemed like the mic or mic jack was messed up. But gotta give credit where it's due - their customer service was top-notch. They took care of my problem right away and sent me a new one with no questions asked. The replacement is working like a charm, making all sorts of connections on the 10-meter band. Happy with how the product is working and glad they fixed things up for me.
TYT UV8000E Purchase
I just bought the TYT UV8000E from this company, but I had some shipping issues. I had to contact customer service a few times to check on my order because it took almost two weeks to arrive. The person I talked to was really nice and explained that the delay was because of Customs. Even though it took a while to get my order, I was happy with how the customer service handled everything. The TYT UV8000E works great as a handheld transceiver unit.
Two-way radio purchase
I just bought a two-way radio from this company, but I had to return it. The customer service rep, Helen, was seriously helpful every step of the way. She was on top of things from the moment I first reached out about my issues to the actual return. Her communication was quick and she really paid attention to my needs. I'm grateful for the great service - it definitely made the return a lot easier.

The customer service at this company is amazing! Michael and Irene were super helpful, friendly, and always quick to respond. It's not often you come across this kind of customer service, so I really value their help and speedy replies. Irene even helped me with a warranty and return, and it was done smoothly and effectively. All in all, I couldn't be happier with the service I got from this company.
Walkie talkie purchase
I got this awesome walkie talkie recently, but when it arrived, the mic wasn't working right. I reached out to them online and they got back to me really quick, sending a new mic without any hassle. They even followed up after I got the replacement to see how it was going. It was so great, I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
X6100 technical support
Nora from the support group was amazing! She really knew her stuff and helped me out a bunch with my questions about my X6100 purchase. I can't thank her enough for all the help she gave me. Big shoutout to Nora and the support team at Radioddity! My whole experience was great and now I'm definitely a loyal customer for life.
Troubleshooting G90
Echo was a big help when I had trouble with my G90. The screen went blank and I had no clue what to do. Echo walked me through redoing the firmware on both the main unit and head unit using the radio and teraterm. It was a frustrating situation, but Echo's knowledge and guidance made it a lot easier. Thanks again, Echo!
G90 radio
This company really knows how to take care of their customers. I had some questions about my G90 radio and they were super quick to answer and help me out with everything. The help I got was amazing and now I'm a customer for life. I'll definitely be coming back for any radio stuff I need in the future.
Cancelled order
This woman Irene from customer service really came through for me when I needed to cancel my order. She was super nice and helpful, going above and beyond to solve my issue. If only she worked on Saturdays as well!
