CB500 radio purchase
I recently bought the CB500 radio from Radioddity and I couldn't be happier with it. The customer service rep, Echo, really knew her stuff and helped me pick the perfect radio for me and my team. The CB500 radio is really top-notch, with amazing sound quality, power, and features for its price. The external speaker that comes with it is a nice bonus and will be great for my setup. I definitely recommend Radioddity and their products to anyone looking for reliable communication gear.
Mobile rig support

Programming cable purchase
The folks over at Echo Radioddity Support were really great in helping me out with getting a programming cable for my DB25-G radio. Even though they didn't have it listed, they made sure I got what I needed. I actually ended up getting two cables, and they both work like a charm. I decided to keep one for myself and gave the other one to my son since he lost his. I've gone back to Radioddity multiple times now and plan on getting more radios and accessories from them in the future.
Replacement radio purchase
I had my radio break recently and it was a bummer. I contacted the company to see if they could help and to my surprise, they were super helpful and fixed the problem quickly. They verified my purchase, addressed the issue, and sent me a new radio right away. I was really impressed with their customer service. Dealing with them was a breath of fresh air compared to other online stores with bad customer service. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.
Xiegu G90 purchase
I just bought the Xiegu G90 and chose to purchase it from this company because I heard great things about their customer service. I have to say, they did not disappoint. Whenever I contacted them, they got back to me quickly and gave me all the info I needed. They were super helpful and really knew their stuff about the product I was asking about. It's nice to see a company that cares about its customers and goes the extra mile for them. I bought something and had to return it
I had to return something I bought, and it was pretty annoying. I had to snap some pics and shell out for the return shipping, which was a real bummer. But hey, at least the customer service rep, Echo, was super nice. I suppose it's just one of those things when you're not dealing with a big player like Temu, Alibaba, or Amazon. Oh well, that's life for you!
Amateur radio transceiver
I bought a ham radio from this company not too long ago, and the first one I got was busted. Seemed like the mic or mic jack was messed up. But gotta give credit where it's due - their customer service was top-notch. They took care of my problem right away and sent me a new one with no questions asked. The replacement is working like a charm, making all sorts of connections on the 10-meter band. Happy with how the product is working and glad they fixed things up for me.
GA-510 radio purchase
I was really looking forward to trying out the GA-510 radio, but I ended up running into some problems along the way. I tried multiple times to program the radio using both the chirp app and the other app that was included, but had no luck. It was disappointing because I was hoping to be able to access and connect to repeaters easily. On the bright side, I have to give credit to the customer service team for quickly processing a full refund for me. The radio itself had a good power output, but the programming issue made it impossible for me to use it the way I wanted to. Overall, my experience with the GA-510 was mixed.
Recent firmware update assistance
I contacted Radioddity customer support because I was having trouble with a firmware update on my device. I explained the problem in my first message, and the person who got back to me really knew their stuff. They gave me the latest firmware update, which fixed everything for me. I'm really happy with the fast and expert help I got from Radioddity. I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for a budget-friendly way to communicate with others.
TYT UV8000E Purchase
I just bought the TYT UV8000E from this company, but I had some shipping issues. I had to contact customer service a few times to check on my order because it took almost two weeks to arrive. The person I talked to was really nice and explained that the delay was because of Customs. Even though it took a while to get my order, I was happy with how the customer service handled everything. The TYT UV8000E works great as a handheld transceiver unit.
Xiegu G90 support feedback
The customer service at this company is amazing. I had a problem with the VFO encoder on my Xiegu G90 radio and Nora from the support team really came through to help me out. She gave me some different solutions to choose from and then made sure everything was fixed quickly and accurately. Thanks to her, I got a new replacement radio under warranty in less than a week. I also like that they offer a repair/spare parts kit for the Xiegu, something I might look into buying once my warranty is up.
Two-way radio purchase
I just bought a two-way radio from this company, but I had to return it. The customer service rep, Helen, was seriously helpful every step of the way. She was on top of things from the moment I first reached out about my issues to the actual return. Her communication was quick and she really paid attention to my needs. G90 radio
This company really knows how to take care of their customers. I had some questions about my G90 radio and they were super quick to answer and help me out with everything. The help I got was amazing and now I'm a customer for life. I'll definitely be coming back for any radio stuff I need in the future.
Warranty replacement experience
I had such a great experience getting my warranty replacement at this store. At first, I was kinda worried, but they surprised me by not just saying sorry but also paying for the shipping to send the old one back. They were super quick sending me a new one, and it was even better than I expected. I gotta hand it to this store for going above and beyond with their customer service!
Troubleshooting G90
Echo was a big help when I had trouble with my G90. The screen went blank and I had no clue what to do. Echo walked me through redoing the firmware on both the main unit and head unit using the radio and teraterm. It was a frustrating situation, but Echo's knowledge and guidance made it a lot easier. Thanks again, Echo!
Earpiece replacement
The customer service at this company was amazing. I had a problem with my earpiece and they were super quick to help me out with a friendly attitude. They made sure to address all of my concerns. I contacted them a few times and every time the customer service team was fantastic. The only not-so-great thing was that the replacement part took a while to get to me since it was shipped from overseas.
Walkie talkie purchase
I got this awesome walkie talkie recently, but when it arrived, the mic wasn't working right. I reached out to them online and they got back to me really quick, sending a new mic without any hassle. They even followed up after I got the replacement to see how it was going. It was so great, I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
X6100 technical support
Nora from the support group was amazing! She really knew her stuff and helped me out a bunch with my questions about my X6100 purchase. I can't thank her enough for all the help she gave me. Big shoutout to Nora and the support team at Radioddity! My whole experience was great and now I'm definitely a loyal customer for life.

This woman Irene from customer service really came through for me when I needed to cancel my order. She was super nice and helpful, going above and beyond to solve my issue. If only she worked on Saturdays as well!
