Whitening toothpaste, water flosser, electric toothbrush, whitening pen
I've got to say, I'm really impressed with the stuff I've bought from this company. I first tried out the whitening toothpaste and man, not only does it smell great, but it totally works to whiten my teeth. Then, after about a year and a half, I decided to add the water flosser and electric toothbrush to my dental routine and let me tell you, they are game-changers. I even started invisalign treatment, but I've kept using the whitening pen and the results are amazing. My teeth are looking super white and I love comparing my before and after pics to see how far I've come.

Silver bracelet purchase
I picked up this silver bracelet thinking it looked pretty cool. But man, once I put it on, I realized it was super stiff and hard - not comfy at all. The charms were decent, but the metal quality was just ok. I could totally tell it was made with cheap metal. I definitely won't be buying this again; I can find much better ones on other sites for way less money. Save your cash and skip these bracelets!

Three pairs of jeans
I bought three pairs of jeans from this store not too long ago, but I had some issues. After wearing them just a little bit, all three pairs started to come apart at the seat. I tried reaching out through email several times for help, but I never got a response. I kept trying to contact customer service, but they were never available and didn't offer much help when they finally did respond. Even when I showed them proof of my initial email about the ripped jeans, they said it was too late to do anything about it. Overall, I was pretty disappointed by the low quality of the jeans and the bad customer service from this store.

Woodworking tools
I bought some woodworking tools from this store not too long ago, and I gotta tell you, I was really let down by the quality. The tools were poorly made and ended up breaking after just a couple of uses. And let me tell you, the customer service when I tried to return them was not great at all. It felt like they didn't really care about my concerns and just gave me the runaround instead of actually helping me out. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest buying from this place if you want good quality stuff and top-notch customer service.

Delayed Kickstarter order
I supported a Kickstarter campaign back in December and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the service I've gotten from this company. They told me over 4 months ago that my order was on the way, but I still haven't gotten anything. It's really frustrating that their support team is hardly responding to me at all, it's like they're ignoring my messages and playing games. This delay in getting my order is just not cool, and I'm honestly just feeling super annoyed and disappointed with how things have gone so far with this company.

I ordered these super adorable shoes online, but when I went to update my address, it didn't save and the order went to my old place. I immediately reached out to customer service, but they were totally rude and sarcastic, acting like they couldn't do anything to help. I was thinking, "Seriously, you can't switch up a shipping address??" So frustrating! Made me feel like they didn't give a single care about helping me out. But once I left a negative review, they finally got in touch with me and I finally got my cute shoes!
