Booking error
Cleartrip doesn't care about their customers' money. They just take it without hesitation when their team messes up, even if their system is the one at fault. They messed up a reschedule request and ended up taking Rs. 3500 from me, which is really frustrating. It's so disappointing to see them not taking responsibility for their mistakes.

Paid membership
I decided to pay for a membership, but I was really let down by all the fake profiles and scammers on there. It was hard to tell if any message I got was real or just another scam trying to get me to spend more money. It seemed like most of the women on the site were just looking for money, not real relationships, so it felt like I wasted my time and money.

Light fixture purchase
I bought this light fixture that was missing some parts needed for putting it up in the US. I had to get a suspension bar and cover plate for the box separately, which was a pain and took a lot of extra work. It made me think maybe this fixture wasn't meant for the US market, 'cause those missing parts were pretty important. The fixture itself seemed well-made, but I was bummed out by the missing components.

GA-510 radio purchase
I was really looking forward to trying out the GA-510 radio, but I ended up running into some problems along the way. I tried multiple times to program the radio using both the chirp app and the other app that was included, but had no luck. It was disappointing because I was hoping to be able to access and connect to repeaters easily. On the bright side, I have to give credit to the customer service team for quickly processing a full refund for me. The radio itself had a good power output, but the programming issue made it impossible for me to use it the way I wanted to. Overall, my experience with the GA-510 was mixed.

Long-term customer experience
I've been a customer for a long time, like more than ten years, and I've mostly had good experiences with the product. But now, my device stopped working and I had to get a new one super quick. The problem was, I couldn't install it without reaching out to customer service during the week. So, I was stuck without a phone all weekend, even though I had a new one all set up. It was a real letdown, and now I'm thinking about checking out other companies.

Excellent product quality, natural, expensive but worth it
I just got these new products and I'm seriously impressed with how good they are. At first, they might seem a little dry when you put them on, but they blend like a dream and stay put all day without losing their color. I love that they're made with natural stuff and don't make my pores all clogged up. Yeah, they're a little expensive, but honestly, a little goes a long way to get that perfect look.

I recently bought some Kimber magazines, but I made a goof and got the wrong size that didn't fit my guns. I reached out to customer service and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful Adam, the representative, was. He not only quickly gave me a refund, but also helped me pick out the right size magazines for my Kimbers. The customer service was fantastic, I really appreciated the personal attention and guidance. The whole process was seamless and efficient, all the way through. I was also pleasantly surprised by how fast the correct magazines were shipped. Overall, I am really happy with the service and support I got and I will definitely be coming back as a customer.

Breathe in & out spinning Ring
My time shopping on this online store was top-notch from beginning to end. The website was super easy to use, with so many different products to look through. I've bought a bunch of things from them before, but the Breathe in & out spinning Ring really caught my eye. The design and quality of the jewelry totally blew me away. They shipped it out quickly and the packaging was really nice, showing that they really care about their customers and pay attention to the little things. I can't wait to buy something else from them, even though my wallet might not be too happy about it.

Yeah, so, I was all about trying out this love spell to get my crush to notice me. I mean, who wouldn't want that, ya know? The spell did its thing, but not quite in the way I thought it would. My crush did notice me, but then things got a little messy with their ex and stuff, so I guess the timing wasn't great or something. But, hey, it sorta worked! Just gotta be prepared for some unexpected things to go down, that's all I'm trying to get across.

Spring bouquet purchase
I ordered a spring bouquet for my sister's birthday and man, let me tell you, it was a total disappointment. The flowers that showed up looked nothing like what I saw on the website. I even waited for them to bloom, but no luck. It was a letdown for sure, not the lovely surprise I was going for.

Bookstore purchase
I really love this bookstore! They've got tons of books, including all the latest ones. It can get a bit pricey, but the books are in awesome condition and totally worth it. They also have magazines and activity books for the kids. There's a little something for everyone here. If you're in need of a book, chances are you'll find it here!

Hand wash and massage
I had an amazing time at the store. When my family and I walked in, Alison greeted us with such a warm and friendly welcome. She knew so much about the products and even took the time to tell us about the company's values, which really impressed me. Alison showed me a bunch of different products and even gave me a wonderful hand wash and massage that went above and beyond. I ended up buying two items because of how great she was. I usually don't do memberships, but Alison's exceptional service convinced me to sign up for Rituals. She really is a treasure and the company should be grateful to have her. The other staff at the store were also super nice and made the whole experience enjoyable. The products are top-notch and reasonably priced, but it's the outstanding service from people like Alison that will keep customers coming back. Thanks again to Alison for making my visit so awesome!
