Light fixture purchase
I bought this light fixture that was missing some parts needed for putting it up in the US. I had to get a suspension bar and cover plate for the box separately, which was a pain and took a lot of extra work. It made me think maybe this fixture wasn't meant for the US market, 'cause those missing parts were pretty important. The fixture itself seemed well-made, but I was bummed out by the missing components.

GA-510 radio purchase
I was really looking forward to trying out the GA-510 radio, but I ended up running into some problems along the way. I tried multiple times to program the radio using both the chirp app and the other app that was included, but had no luck. It was disappointing because I was hoping to be able to access and connect to repeaters easily. On the bright side, I have to give credit to the customer service team for quickly processing a full refund for me. The radio itself had a good power output, but the programming issue made it impossible for me to use it the way I wanted to. Overall, my experience with the GA-510 was mixed.

I've been a customer for a long time, like more than ten years, and I've mostly had good experiences with the product. But now, my device stopped working and I had to get a new one super quick. The problem was, I couldn't install it without reaching out to customer service during the week. So, I was stuck without a phone all weekend, even though I had a new one all set up. Birth poster mix-up
I had a pretty bad experience with my order from this company recently. I ordered a map poster, but they ended up sending me a thank you card for ordering a birth poster to celebrate my child's birth. It was a pretty insensitive mix-up, and not very professional in my opinion. They should really be more careful with the kind of products they're sending out, since you never know what someone might be going through personally.
I tried reaching out to them to give some feedback on the mistake, but I never heard back from them or got an apology. Their lack of customer service and taking responsibility for their mistake has left me feeling disappointed and upset. Rental car experience
My recent experience renting a car was pretty disappointing. I had to wait for over an hour and a half to get the rental, only to find out it had a cracked windshield, some bad scratches, and a half-eaten box of chicken in the backseat. The smell of cigarettes was overpowering, which was concerning because I had my young child with me. On top of that, the rear windows were tinted so dark that my daughter looked like a shadow when I tried to check on her through the rearview mirror. It was totally unacceptable and frustrating. Needless to say, I won't be renting from that place again in the future.
