Unpacked it, hung above the sink, instant smile, looks better than pictures, use it every morning
Disappointing product, decent service
Needed a sturdy chair for my bad back during a move, got cheap plastic from overseas. Delivery was quick though, customer support actually replied, weirdly helpful.
Hesitant at first
Was nervous to buy, tried it Saturday—nice fit, tiny scratch, support silent, still pretty happy.

I set these up the first evening on site to test brightness — they felt solid in the hand, slipped into the fixture easily, and gave a warm, even glow. Took a minute to tweak the angle, but overall really pleased — I mean, relieved.
Pretty swan, won't light
I liked the swan lamp's look — really cute on my shelf, kinda elegant and soft. Plugged it in and, annoyingly, nothing. Feels like a decoration that won't actually light up. I've sent photos and chatted with the seller but still no fix. Wish it glowed like it should, honestly, at all.

Temporary lights, flimsy finish
decent for temporary use but not worth the price. I bought these after a move and just needed lights fast. The supplied bulb was a plain unbranded cheap one. The shade is paper-thin and I bent the rim fitting the diffuser. They're very light, easy to hang. Not perfect, but they do the job for now.

Not the eight I expected
First evening setting up my living-room fort I unboxed what was supposed to be an 8-light floor lamp — turns out it’s a 6-light model, looks a bit stubbier and a touch dimmer than I pictured. I emailed five times and filed a ticket; total radio silence. Works fine, just not what I ordered, a little bummed.
Mostly okay, annoyingly dimmable
the dimmer only responds to the tiny remote, not my wall dimmer. Had a faulty piece but support sorted it pretty quickly, thankfully.
Instagram gamble

The night I relaxed (finally)

It works now, kind of, but the whole experience was more hassle than it should be.
Late, wrong, and messy
I placed the order back in mid-May and didn’t see it until early June, no tracking updates at all. The package was a mess — crushed corners and the thing inside wasn’t what I ordered. No instructions, no mounting hardware, just cheap parts. I’ve had worse delays elsewhere but this feels sloppy. I’m returning it right away. Kinda bummed about the whole hassle and would like my name kept private
Curved light looked great, but...
Not buying from them again — looked great on the box and in place, but quality was disappointing. Fixings were rubbish so I swapped screws and even replaced the little grub bolts myself. One unit had no earth connected and the wiring felt paper-thin. Kind of overpriced for what you get; I've had cheaper fixtures from other brands last longer. Pleasant design though, and delivery was quick, so mixed feelings. Also their site reviews seemed canned, which didn't inspire trust.
