Contemporary lighting choices
The modern lighting choices on this website are really great. It's easy to find what you want since the site is so well done. When my order came, there were a lot of pieces, but putting everything together was easier than I thought. Once I got it all set up, I was so happy with how it looked. The light in my entryway is just perfect, not too bright, and it really stands out. I've gotten so many compliments on it and I'm excited to buy more from this store soon.

I just got a really cool overhead light for my bathroom that matches perfectly with my wall-mounted medicine cabinet. The light is super bright and spreads nicely, making my bathroom look awesome. I'm really happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy from here again!

Broken light fixture
Hey everyone, I wanted to tell you all about the light fixture I ordered. Unfortunately, it arrived not working. I had an electrician put it up, and turns out it was defective. I reached out to customer service, but my problem still isn't fixed. It's been such a letdown!
Light fixture purchase
Man, what a letdown! I ordered this light fixture from that store, and I had to wait a whole month for it to show up. And then when it finally did, it was busted! I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help at all. They wouldn't even give me info on how to return it, despite all the emails I sent. I just feel like I got ripped off big time.
Light fixture purchase
I bought this light fixture that was missing some parts needed for putting it up in the US. I had to get a suspension bar and cover plate for the box separately, which was a pain and took a lot of extra work. It made me think maybe this fixture wasn't meant for the US market, 'cause those missing parts were pretty important. The fixture itself seemed well-made, but I was bummed out by the missing components.
Ceiling lamp purchase
The ceiling lamp I bought showed up on time as promised, but man, the installation instructions were a mess. They were for a totally different lamp, which left me feeling so confused and annoyed. In the U.S., we know black is hot and white is neutral when it comes to electrical stuff, but this lamp had a blue and red wire - talk about confusing! The troubleshooting guide said if the light didn't turn on, the wires might be wrong. It was such a pain because the lamp is mounted on the ceiling, so I had to balance on a 9-foot ladder to fix the wires. After some experimenting, I hooked up the red wire as the hot one, and finally, the lamp lit up. Even though it was a rocky start, I'm happy with how the lamp looks and the light it gives off.
Wrong item received
My experience with that company really let me down. I had ordered something specific from them, but when my package arrived, it was the wrong item. So, I reached out to customer service hoping to fix it. Unfortunately, they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care. They wouldn't exchange the item or give me a refund, so now I'm stuck with something I didn't even want. Because of that, I won't be buying anything from them again.
Lighting fixtures
I bought some lighting fixtures from this store recently as a customer. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, I discovered that one of the products was broken. I was really hoping for top-notch quality, especially since I paid a good amount for them. I reached out to customer service right away about the problem and I'm now waiting to hear back. I'm staying optimistic for a good outcome, but I have to say, after reading reviews about their customer service, my confidence isn't very high.
Fake product received
I bought something from this site not too long ago and man, was I let down. The thing looked so good in the pictures online, but when I got it, I realized it was just flimsy plastic that fell apart so quickly. And get this - when I tried to leave a bad review, turns out they only show reviews with four stars or more! Plus, most of the reviews seem totally fake. It's just not cool to deceive folks like that with such lousy products.
My messed up order
I ordered something online and they totally sent me the wrong thing! Then, when I tried to reach out to customer service, they were so bad and basically left me hanging. They promised to send me the right thing, but then they just went all quiet on me. Ugh, not cool.
Online order experience
My most recent online order took forever to get to me, and by the time it finally showed up, I didn't even want it anymore. The process to return it was a pain and seemed like they didn't want me to send it back. On top of that, I had to pay for return shipping, which just made me even more annoyed with the whole situation.
Lamp, return process
I just bought a lamp from this store, but when it showed up, it had a crack in it. I've been trying to send it back for the last couple of weeks, but dealing with their customer service is a nightmare. They keep asking for more pictures and taking forever to give me the info I need to return it. It seems like they're stalling on purpose and don't really want to refund our money. And to make matters worse, the lamp itself was just really low quality - you could tell it was super cheap. All in all, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
LED Closet Light
I just picked up a new LED closet light from this store. Setting it up was a breeze, and it had a really modern and sleek design. But when I turned it on, I was kind of bummed out by how dim it was. Even though it looked nice, it just didn't light up my closet like I had hoped. There were still dark spots and it made it hard to see all my clothes. I was really hoping for something brighter that could really brighten up the space, but this light just didn't cut it.
