I unboxed this light the night it arrived and my heart sank — loose wires, wouldn’t power up. I followed return steps and expected a fight with support, so I was skeptical. First rep was vague, but after pushing I got another agent who initiated a replacement. When the new unit clicked on over the island and the color was right I knew I was happy. It took longer than it should, but the result works and fits the space. Would buy again with more patience.
Skeptical then satisfied
not perfect, but it does the job. I installed three outdoor wall lights about six months ago—first impression was they looked solid and matched the photo, though I braced for cheapness. At two months I did see one go dim and at four months another showed water marks; both needed an electrician. Customer support took a while to reply, but eventually sorted replacements. Not flawless, and expect some hassles, yet after swaps the final setup works fine and looks tidy. Would buy again but I'd keep receipts and be cautious.
Fell for the photos — oops
they hit you with a shipping fee and even dock a 10% restocking credit. I’ve had bad experiences before, but this felt extra shady. Won’t order again, but hey, at least delivery was quick.
Pretty photos, shady product
Don't buy this based on the pictures — I won't be using it. I ordered the lamp for my dining room to freshen things up and paid £270 expecting what I saw online, but the box arrived and it was nothing like the photos, really nothing like. No safety marks, the wiring on the fixture was unfinished, so I had an electrician come over and he told me not to install it. The reviews felt weird too, like some pics weren't even theirs. I felt like a fool, but after emailing and getting my bank involved I at least feel they're taking it seriously. Delivery was quick though.
Barely working fixture, great look though
if something's wrong, their claims-handling is clumsy. I wish they'd make returns simpler — that would save everyone time and frustration.
Smashed lights and radio silence
don't buy from them — I lost time and about $900. I ordered four light fixtures for an install, they arrived so smashed that glass spilled out when I opened the box. I heard back days later saying they'd send replacement globes, but shipping had already taken too long for my electrician's schedule, so I asked for a refund. Crickets for days, then another offer to replace globes — still useless for my timeline. A week passed, then a month since the order, and my RMA/refund requests sit unanswered. I've had decent luck with other vendors who at least answer the phone, so this felt extra sloppy. I'm halfway amused, mostly annoyed — no time to shop again, so lesson learned the hard way. If you're on a deadline, don't risk it — search elsewhere.
Pretty lights, annoying setup
Halfway through the first evening I was poking around the yard and noticed the fixture had no on/off switch — just a sensor for a remote. The lights themselves give a soft, warm glow and sit nicely in the flower bed, I'll give them that. Trouble is, the listing never mentioned "remote-only" and both remotes I got never actually worked. I kept sending photos and videos like they asked, and they kept coming back with suggestions that I was missing something. Delivery was quick and packed well, so that's something. So yeah, pretty lights but a painful customer service dance; kind of a mixed bag.
Wrong item, but refund came through
if they send the wrong thing, don't accept a tiny coupon — use your payment provider and be persistent. You'll save yourself time.
Not sure at first, but now glad I went for it
no tracking unless you ask, shipping from mainland China, and both lamps took forever (three weeks for the hallway one, four for the pendant). On arrival the hallway light felt a bit cheap and there was no instruction sheet, which annoyed me — for what they charge that seemed stingy. The pendant looked better in person than the pics, though; the finish is decent, the weight feels right and once hung it gives a nice warm glow over the island. The remote that comes with it does look a bit flimsy, but it works and hasn’t been a problem so far. So yeah, annoyances with delivery and packaging, but the main pendant actually fits the space and vibe, and I’m using it every evening. Would be nicer if communication and instructions were better, but overall not unhappy.
Expensive light, cheap support
heavy, clean finish, seemed like it would last. Then the electrician installed it and half the unit didn’t work. Actually, four of six components failed. That was annoying. I called customer service. They asked for a video. Fine, electrician came back, we reconfigured and recorded proof. Sent it in. Instead of taking responsibility they told us to try fixing it ourselves and hinted our building wiring was to blame. That was the low point. We kept paying the electrician each visit. The light itself—when one piece was on—looked great, very bright and even. But that doesn't excuse the runaround. I get checks and precautions, but the tone and the "do it yourself" attitude felt wrong for a commercial warranty claim. I'm not into drama, but this process stole time and money, and left a sour taste. I even attached emails and the video to the ticket and still no decent resolution, which felt absurd. Wouldn't recommend until support actually stands behind the product.
