The modern lighting choices on this website are really great. It's easy to find what you want since the site is so well done. Fake product received
I bought something from this site not too long ago and man, was I let down. The thing looked so good in the pictures online, but when I got it, I realized it was just flimsy plastic that fell apart so quickly. And get this - when I tried to leave a bad review, turns out they only show reviews with four stars or more! Plus, most of the reviews seem totally fake. It's just not cool to deceive folks like that with such lousy products.

My messed up order
I ordered something online and they totally sent me the wrong thing! Then, when I tried to reach out to customer service, they were so bad and basically left me hanging. They promised to send me the right thing, but then they just went all quiet on me. Ugh, not cool.

I just bought a lamp from this store, but when it showed up, it had a crack in it. They keep asking for more pictures and taking forever to give me the info I need to return it. It seems like they're stalling on purpose and don't really want to refund our money. I just picked up a new LED closet light from this store. Setting it up was a breeze, and it had a really modern and sleek design. But when I turned it on, I was kind of bummed out by how dim it was. Electrician-installation service for a narrow electrical box
My experience with the electrician installation service for a narrow electrical box was really frustrating. At first, I had trouble getting tracking information, which caused a delay of more than 4 weeks. Finally, when the electrician showed up to install the box, we found out that the narrow box needed extra work because it didn't fit a regular one. It was annoying because it meant extra costs that I wasn't prepared for. On top of that, the box didn't look like it was made well, especially considering how much I paid for the service.
