Recovery of lost funds
Many binary operations are ripper. I need to share this in here so you won’t lose your money cheaply to scam brokers. I invested about $3.2million USD on a binary option platform then I decided to withdraw after several weeks but the withdrawal wasn’t successful, then I tried to contact the platform via insta and phone number, I didn’t get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. Some weeks later I got a mail from them insisting I should invest more money if I want to withdraw my money which I rejected, and I never hear from them again that was when I knew I had been scammed. I was really devastated at those moment and felt so bad that my hard earned money was gone. I contacted MACIOFONESPYRIX ATGMAIL COM via instagram and they promised to help me get my money back asked me some info about the scammer which I provided. The result was amazing I recovered all my stolen money back within a week after my Ethereum gas fee was confirmed I was so happy as I never believe I could get my money back. Please everyone should be careful out there with all these crypto and romance scam
Spying on our kids and love one is best option at times
As a Father i decided to watch over my son as his mother my wife doesn’t care about Alvin. I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I always appreciate their friendly and helpful customer service. So, the other day, I had a little problem with a missing tracking number for my order. I contacted customer service, and I was really happy with how quickly and nicely the representative helped me out. They gave me the info I needed right away. Their efficiency and professionalism made me feel a lot better about the situation, and reminded me why I like this company so much.

I reached out to Blade HQ on Facebook and through email to ask about shipping, and they were really friendly and quick to respond. Then I tried asking another store the same question, but they didn't even get back to me on Facebook and took forever to reply to my email. Blade HQ is just so much better at communicating with customers, and that's something I really appreciate. And not to mention, every time I place an order with them, I'm always satisfied with what I receive. They're definitely my go-to choice! I highly recommend them!

I gotta say, the knife I bought totally blew me away with how awesome it is. The blade was super sharp right outta the box, and the handle feels great when I'm holding it. It's become my go-to for everyday carry, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

I was really impressed with the customer service I got from Blade HQ. Zach was super helpful and honest in his suggestions. She not only told me what happened but also said she'd go back and give me those points once I signed up for the club. It's nice to see a company that cares about its customers, not just making money. Blade HQ now has a loyal customer in me for sure.
CRKT Karambit Knife
I bought this really awesome CRKT karambit knife from Blade HQ and it was amazing! When it showed up, it was in perfect condition and just as cool as I thought it would be. I was a little worried at first, but it was just a misunderstanding and they were really nice about it. I'm excited to show all my friends my new knife!
Shipping charges inquiry
I just wanted to figure out why the shipping costs on the website didn't match up with my order. I sent an email in the evening and was surprised to get a response the next day. The Kizer Shark Tooth Fixed Blade came in great shape, just like I thought it would. The only thing is, it didn't have a sheath. I reached out to customer service and talked to Brookie. She was so nice and really understood my issue. I'm really happy with how they took care of everything.
EDC knife
I wanted to share a recent experience I had with Blade HQ. I bought an EDC knife, but messed up my order. I got an email saying my stuff was ready to be shipped, but I needed to fix it. I contacted customer service and Sharon really came through. She found my order, stopped it from going out, and even canceled and refunded it so I could do it right. And get this – she did it all on a Saturday during Easter weekend. Sharon's quick thinking and awesome service totally saved me. It's not every day you find someone so dedicated. Huge thanks to Sharon and the whole Blade HQ crew for being amazing!
Fast resolution of shipping concerns
I was kind of hesitant about splurging on the 3-day shipping, but Sharon really came through and answered all my questions right away. I bought this knife and it was just like how they described it online. The blue color really pops and the steel quality is amazing. It's so lightweight and the size is just right for everyday use. Fixed blade knife with sheath
My fixed blade knife came with a sheath that just wouldn't stay put. So, I contacted customer service and talked to Wendy. She was really quick, helpful, and nice, and she hooked me up with a credit for the knife. Also, there was a little mark on the handle of my KaBar knife, and Wendy went ahead and gave me a credit for that, too. I can't thank Blade HQ and Wendy enough for their excellent customer service. Wendy really went out of her way to help me out. Huge thanks to Wendy and Blade HQ!

Limited item purchase
