Weight loss pills
I've been taking these weight loss pills for a bit, and I gotta admit, I'm not super impressed. I've been sticking to the directions and went through a whole bottle, but I've only lost half an inch from my waist. I'm gonna try again and order two more bottles. If I don't see some real results after finishing one bottle this time, I'm gonna send them back and get a refund.

Lost Package
Oh my goodness, I had the most frustrating experience with my package not being delivered! I was so irritated trying to get it sorted out. I had to talk to so many different people and none of them could help me. And then they still didn't fix the issue in the end! So not cool. All I want is to get my stuff, you feel me?

Computer holder
I just bought a computer holder to put under my desk, and I had to use Velcro straps to attach it to my computer case. Unfortunately, one of the straps broke when I was tightening it, which made me think there might be a problem with the quality of the product. But when I reached out to customer service, I was really happy with the help I got. AJ, the person helping me, was super nice and understanding. She asked me to send a picture of the broken strap, and then she quickly said they would send me a new one without any trouble. Dealing with the issue was really easy and stress-free, all thanks to the efficient and friendly service from AJ.

Wrong shoes, bad service
My mom ordered some shoes, but they sent the wrong ones. She called customer service, but they didn't help at all. Now she's feeling sad because they won't arrive in time for Christmas.

Disappointed with recent trip reservation
I just had the worst experience with this travel company I've been using for forever. They hooked me up with a trip, got me all excited, and then out of nowhere, they're like, "Oops! You didn't pay so we're canceling on you." I tried to get in touch with them so many times during that week, but they're just dodging me, saying they tried reaching out. Like, hello? My phone never rang once! Nobody over there even bothered to help me out, so it's on them. Their loss, not mine.
