The shoes I bought were just what I wanted - they fit perfectly, so comfy, and look really nice. I got them for my boyfriend as a present and he really likes them. The wool material makes them perfect for the cold winter days here in Mallorca, keeping his feet toasty. The roomy front of the shoes gives his toes lots of space, so he can wear them comfortably all day. I'm really happy with my purchase overall and would definitely suggest these shoes to anyone wanting a cozy and stylish pair.
Comfortable shoes, family bought 11 pairs in 3 months
The shoes are perfect! They fit true to size and are so comfy, great for everyday wear. My family has bought 11 pairs in the last 3 months because we love them that much. We had a little hiccup with an exchange, but the customer service team fixed it right up for us. They kept the same price and sent us the new pair real quick. I would definitely suggest these shoes to anyone who wants some casual and comfy footwear.
My new shoes
I recently got some new shoes and they are incredibly comfortable! My old ones were worn out, so I had to find a new pair. These are even better than my last ones. The cushioning is fantastic, and it feels like I'm walking on clouds. Not to mention, they look really stylish and people are always complimenting me on them.
Unhelpful customer service
I had a really bad experience with the customer service at this company. Right after I ordered, I realized I gave the wrong address. I tried to fix it, but they said it was already in their system and couldn't be changed. It was so annoying how they wouldn't work with me at all. It seemed like they cared more about sticking to their rules than actually helping me out. I was so let down and irritated by the way they treated me.
Shoes for a gift
I bought a pair of shoes from this store as a gift, but when they came, they were the wrong size. I tried to contact customer service to return them, but didn't hear back until it was too late. And then, the rep gave me the wrong info about the return policy, which just made things more confusing. My whole shopping experience was a letdown because of all this.
Slip-on shoes with poor arch support
The slip-on shoes I bought looked awesome and super stylish, but man, they started falling apart after just three months of wearing them daily. The biggest problem was they didn't offer any arch support, which is a must for me. I've been rocking Crocs for years with no problems, so it's a bummer your shoes couldn't keep up in terms of comfort and support. Maybe it's because I'm just an average-sized guy with a little bit of a dad bod, but I can't be the only one struggling with this. I dropped 60 bucks on these shoes, so I was really hoping they'd hold up better and give me the support I need for everyday wear.
Incorrect Color Shoes Received
My experience with this online shopping site was just not great. I ordered a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift, but was bummed when they showed up in the wrong color. I reached out to customer service a few times to fix it, but they just couldn't get it right. First they didn't send the right color, and then when they tried to exchange it, they sent the wrong size. It's been a mess and now I'm not so sure I can trust this company anymore.
Wrong shoes, bad service
My mom ordered some shoes, but they sent the wrong ones. She called customer service, but they didn't help at all. Now she's feeling sad because they won't arrive in time for Christmas.
Shoes that don't fit
I bought my wife a pair of shoes from this store for a gift, but they didn't fit her right. I wanted to exchange them for a different size, but the customer service team said no. 2 pairs of shoes
I just bought these shoes, and they were way too small. I tried getting a different size, but customer service wasn't helpful at all. I just wanted to cancel my order, but they wouldn't respond. Eventually, the shoes arrived, and they still didn't fit! Now I have to deal with returning them, and I'm not happy about it. Definitely bad customer service!
Deceptive Discount Offer
The company is doing some shady stuff by tricking customers with fake discounts. I tried to use a discount code for shoes on their website, but it turned out to be a scam. They asked for my email and phone number to get the code, but when I tried to use it, they said the shoes I wanted weren't included. It's not cool to mislead people like that - it makes customers feel like they can't trust the company to be upfront and honest.
Shoes, bad customer service
I had the worst time trying to talk to those people! I emailed them and it was like talking to a brick wall, they didn't get a word I was saying. So frustrating, I almost threw in the towel! And they never pick up the phone or return my calls when I leave messages. I used to buy their shoes all the time, but not anymore!
Incorrect order received
I recently bought some stuff from this store, but I got the wrong items in my order. I wanted two pairs of boots, but they sent me one pair of boots and some toddler shoes instead. When I contacted customer service about it, they said I had to return the wrong items and that they couldn't send me the ones I actually wanted. It's super annoying because I bought these things for an upcoming trip, and now I have to deal with this mix-up caused by the shipping department. It's not cool to be punished for a mistake that wasn't my fault, and now they're saying there's nothing they can do to fix it.
Gift voucher problem
Okay, check this out - I got my friend a gift card for her birthday. And guess what? She tries to use it, and it's a no-go! So, I give Hey Dude all the deets like my receipt, the code on the card, the transaction code, and my email. And what do they say? "We can't find your order." Like, seriously? So annoying. And don't even get me started on customer service, they were useless.
