Colorful contact lenses
The contact lenses selection at Myeyebb is amazing! They have a ton of different styles and colors to choose from, which makes it really hard to pick just one. I was so impressed by all the options they had available and had a blast checking them out. This was my first time buying from them, and I couldn't be happier with the quality and variety they provide.

Incorrect order received
I recently bought some stuff from this store, but I got the wrong items in my order. I wanted two pairs of boots, but they sent me one pair of boots and some toddler shoes instead. When I contacted customer service about it, they said I had to return the wrong items and that they couldn't send me the ones I actually wanted. It's super annoying because I bought these things for an upcoming trip, and now I have to deal with this mix-up caused by the shipping department. It's not cool to be punished for a mistake that wasn't my fault, and now they're saying there's nothing they can do to fix it.

Cancelled order due to unavailability of part
I just had to cancel an order with Sears because they didn't have the part I needed. They said they issued a refund, but it was almost $20.00 less than what I paid originally. After calling Sears Parts Direct multiple times and getting super frustrated, they finally told me that the rest of the refund, which was the shipping charge, would be processed separately. Dealing with the automated system was a total nightmare, and talking to the reps was really tough because I had a hard time understanding them.
