The bridesmaid dress we got from this online shop was gorgeous. We spent a lot of time picking out the design and ended up going with the Lace Silhouette Dress in Deep Lilac. It was tough to make a decision, but we're really happy with what we chose. The dress was made really well with all the little details taken care of. The lace fabric was super nice quality and gave the dress a really delicate and feminine look. It not only looked nice but was also really comfortable to wear. I bought this really pricey dress from this company, thinking it would be top-notch. But it's been like a whole month since I ordered it and I haven't gotten any details about when it's gonna arrive. Two dresses, sizes not true
So yeah, I ordered these two dresses from Dressilyme and I was really pumped because the first one looked adorable online. But when it got here, it was way too small even though I ordered a bigger size than usual! And the second dress was totally the wrong color, and it had funky fringe and stuff going on. Not cool, Dressilyme, not cool.
Returned item and no refund
I had a really bad experience with Dressilyme. I bought something, had to return it, and still haven't gotten my money back. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times with no success. I recommend that others steer clear of Dressilyme.
Short and too small dress
The dress I ordered ended up being way too short and small, like it could pass for a shirt instead of a dress! I tried to get it fixed, but they said it was my fault. Definitely not cool!

My experience with this company was awful. I ordered a dress from them that never showed up. They took my money and then had the nerve to tell me to deal with the shipping company instead of fixing the problem themselves. After waiting for 7 long months, they still didn't make sure my dress arrived. When I asked for a refund, they said no at first until I threatened them. Even then, they tried to sneak extra charges onto my card instead of giving me a proper refund. This has definitely been the worst shopping experience I've ever had. It's been since November 2018 and I still haven't gotten my dress or my money back. I recommend steering clear of this supplier.

Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I got this dress and it was a disaster! It didn't look anything like the picture, and the customer service was a joke. They wouldn't even assist me when I asked for a refund for the ruined dress. Ugh, I'm never shopping there again!

I recently bought a really nice dress from an online store, but unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. The dress arrived on time, but when I opened it up, I noticed a bunch of loose threads all over the skirt. They were really obvious and you could see them from far away. I tried reaching out to customer service about it, but their response was pretty upsetting. After a few back and forth emails, they basically said they wouldn't replace the dress, give me a refund, or really do anything to fix the problem. They just offered me a $10 coupon as an apology, which didn't really make up for the issue. It made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer and I was frustrated with their lack of responsibility. Now, I'm stuck without a dress for an event I have coming up and it's really disappointing to see this kind of bad service and quality control from a company.
