I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about what I got from this store recently. The thing I got was nothing like what they showed on the website. It was obviously a knock-off and the quality was not great. On top of that, it took forever to get here because it came from China. I figured they were a US company, but I was wrong. I definitely learned my lesson - gotta do your homework before buying stuff.

Size-accurate, cozy and stylish shoes
The shoes I bought were just what I wanted - they fit perfectly, so comfy, and look really nice. I got them for my boyfriend as a present and he really likes them. The wool material makes them perfect for the cold winter days here in Mallorca, keeping his feet toasty. The roomy front of the shoes gives his toes lots of space, so he can wear them comfortably all day. I'm really happy with my purchase overall and would definitely suggest these shoes to anyone wanting a cozy and stylish pair.

Good tracking and customer service
I've only used the site a few times but it was a good experience. The cashback always tracked correctly and the customer service was really helpful. One time I misunderstood a sign-up bonus and they explained everything clearly and even extended the promo period for me. They also sent out promos where I could get a gift card and extra cash back. The only thing I didn't like was that it was hard to find the adblock exception list on the site.

Gray cashmere pants, wrong item received
I recently bought some gray cashmere pants in size small, but instead I got some beige pants that were way too big. I was really bummed out by this mix-up and it made the whole return process such a hassle. When I tried to send back the wrong item, I ran into some problems with Brochu Walker's website not working right on my browser. Finally, after wrestling with it on Chrome, I was surprised to see that they took out a $10 return fee from my refund. It's annoying to have to fork over money for a mistake they made in the first place.

Home equity loan
So, I got this home equity loan and it was honestly a pretty decent experience. I mean, I knew what I was getting into because I had used their services before. But man, let me tell you, the application process hit a few bumps that they didn't warn me about. I had to hit them up twice just to get things moving again. The approval and closing parts went smoothly, but in the middle, I was left hanging with zero communication or updates. I had to be the one to call them all the time, and forget about getting a response to my emails.

Quick and efficient purchase
My experience ordering from this company was pretty smooth and easy. The person I talked to on the phone about my order knew their stuff and was super helpful. But, the one thing that bugged me was not knowing when my order would arrive. I got an email saying my order was placed, but no heads up on when it would show up at my door. Having some tracking or delivery time info would have been nice to keep me in the loop.

The people working at their shop were really friendly and the location, right by that beautiful dam, was top-notch. It was such a great experience all around. Light, moisturizing cream
I was really surprised by how consistent this cream was. It wasn't all thick and heavy like some other ones I've used, instead it was light and soaked right into my skin. I could definitely see lines around my eyes and neck getting better, and I think it's because of how hydrating this cream is. I'm happy with how it worked and I'm gonna keep using it.

Reborn doll with incorrect features
I bought a reborn doll from this store not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. Instead of getting the female doll with long hair and eyes wide open that I specifically asked for, I ended up with a male doll complete with all the anatomical details. You can imagine how disappointed my daughter was when she was expecting something completely different. I tried to reach out to the shop multiple times - calls, emails, even messages - and guess what? No response whatsoever about getting a refund or exchanging the doll. It's beyond irritating to be treated like this after such a big mess up on their end. I won't be recommending this shop to anyone after this disaster, and I might only consider taking down this bad review if they actually do something about it soon.
