Weird situation — I ordered a Philips Sonicare a few weeks ago because my dentist wanted me to switch for sensitive gums. Paid, chose first-class, was really hoping to get it soon. No charge showed on my Visa and the confirmation only had order #u-s-a-store-1691, no tracking. USA Store.com silent.

Four jerseys, small miracle?
I had this weird feeling before ordering — sizes, shipping, you know the doubts — but I went for four jerseys for weekend pickup games and just for wearing around town. Only three showed up, and one was XS instead of an XL. I sent photos over and over; took weeks of emails and back-and-forth. After nagging and replying to their review they finally refunded me, which is a relief, but still no replacement jersey, so mixed feelings.
Wrong size, weird fit, but they made it right
I bought these thinking they'd be my go-to walking shoes for dog-walking and running errands, but when they arrived they were a half-size too small and the heel was so loose it felt like they'd fall off every two steps — not exactly "orthopedic with arch support" like the listing claimed. I was ready to bang my head, especially since I never even got an order confirmation. The phone number was "restricted" which was weird, but the email ended up being helpful: they sent a prepaid return label and refunded me. Still annoyed about the fit, but at least the return process didn't add insult to injury.

Never received product. Ordered over 1 months ago. Today finally got tracking number which showed delivered to post office but not my post office. Plus today they wanted to charge $5 for package search. Bad enough getting ripped of on payment for the product but additional BS for requesting more money.
Item from USAmerica Shop
I recently bought something from USAmerica Shop, and man, it was a total bummer. The pictures online made it look way better than it actually was, and the descriptions were totally misleading. And to top it off, when I finally got it, the packaging was so bad that the item was damaged. It was like rubbing salt in the wound when I found the exact same thing on a different website for way cheaper. Total letdown.
Santa climbing a ladder with lights decoration
The thing I got wasn't like what I saw on the website. I thought I was getting a Santa going up a ladder with lights, but instead, I got one with a sack and no lights. When I tried to get help from customer service, they just gave me the runaround and told me to ship it back to China. The shipping cost to return it would be more than $50, on top of the $30+ I spent in the first place. I'm really let down by the poor quality of the item and the bad customer service. Overall, dealing with this company has been pretty disappointing, and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Clothing item
I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about what I got from this store recently. The thing I got was nothing like what they showed on the website. It was obviously a knock-off and the quality was not great. On top of that, it took forever to get here because it came from China. I figured they were a US company, but I was wrong. I definitely learned my lesson - gotta do your homework before buying stuff.
Knock-off shoes
I just bought these shoes that look like a popular brand but are way cheaper. Surprisingly, they're pretty good quality, better than other knock-offs I've gotten before. It did take a bit longer to get them, like a month, but they kept me updated with emails on the process. So yeah, I'm happy with what I got and would think about buying from here again.
Orthopedic Foot Sandals
I just bought a pair of orthopedic sandals from this store and man, let me tell you, I was so disappointed with what I got. The sandals were total junk - super cheap and low quality. They were nothing like what was shown in the pictures online. Turns out, they were using stolen images from some other brand to make their stuff look good. I highly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs - they're selling some shady stuff.
