Item from USAmerica Shop
I recently bought something from USAmerica Shop, and man, it was a total bummer. The pictures online made it look way better than it actually was, and the descriptions were totally misleading. And to top it off, when I finally got it, the packaging was so bad that the item was damaged. It was like rubbing salt in the wound when I found the exact same thing on a different website for way cheaper. Total letdown.
Santa climbing a ladder with lights decoration
The thing I got wasn't like what I saw on the website. I thought I was getting a Santa going up a ladder with lights, but instead, I got one with a sack and no lights. When I tried to get help from customer service, they just gave me the runaround and told me to ship it back to China. The shipping cost to return it would be more than $50, on top of the $30+ I spent in the first place. I'm really let down by the poor quality of the item and the bad customer service. Overall, dealing with this company has been pretty disappointing, and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Clothing item
I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about what I got from this store recently. The thing I got was nothing like what they showed on the website. It was obviously a knock-off and the quality was not great. On top of that, it took forever to get here because it came from China. I figured they were a US company, but I was wrong. I definitely learned my lesson - gotta do your homework before buying stuff.
Knock-off shoes
I just bought these shoes that look like a popular brand but are way cheaper. Surprisingly, they're pretty good quality, better than other knock-offs I've gotten before. It did take a bit longer to get them, like a month, but they kept me updated with emails on the process. So yeah, I'm happy with what I got and would think about buying from here again.
Orthopedic Foot Sandals
I just bought a pair of orthopedic sandals from this store and man, let me tell you, I was so disappointed with what I got. The sandals were total junk - super cheap and low quality. They were nothing like what was shown in the pictures online. Turns out, they were using stolen images from some other brand to make their stuff look good. I highly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs - they're selling some shady stuff.

I got these sandals from the store I usually go to, but this time the size was way off for my wife. When I tried to return or exchange them, the customer service team was not helpful at all. They wanted me to measure the sandals with a tape measure, but then they said the size was right and the order was done. I was really let down by how they handled things and how they communicated with me.

I'm a customer at the USAmerica Shop and honestly, I was super bummed about my latest buy. The electronic gizmo I got was way off from what was shown online. It was a shoddy product with a wonky screen that didn't even work right. When I tried to get a refund from customer service, they told me I had to foot the bill for shipping it back to China. And even then, I'd only get store credit for what I paid, minus the shipping. That's just not cool, and it feels pretty shady.

I'm so annoyed with this store I shopped at. I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. I can't track my order and customer service isn't getting back to me. It's just not right to leave me in the dark like this.
Electric 3ft climbing Santa
I'm so bummed out! I was expecting a fun 3ft climbing Santa, but all I got was this small 10 inch plastic Santa. Such a waste of $30. I really should have checked the reviews before I bought it. This is just straight-up false advertising and I can't stand getting ripped off by companies like this. Dealing with the return seems like it's going to be a total nightmare.

I messed up by ordering some clothes from this store because the pictures online totally tricked me. When the clothes finally came, man, was I let down! They looked nothing like the pictures and the quality was awful. Plus, the sizing was way off, so the clothes didn't even fit right. Note to self - always double-check the measurements before hitting that order button! And if you're hoping for an easy return, think again. You've gotta ship the stuff back to China on your own dime. What a pain and a total waste of cash!
Electric climbing santas
I recently bought two electric climbing Santas from USAmerica Shop, but I was bummed to find out that they sent me battery-operated ones instead. When I called customer service, they said I'd have to pay for the return shipping. After showing them my order confirmation that clearly showed I ordered electric Santas, I decided to reach out to my credit card company for a full refund. I even offered to send the items back if they gave me a prepaid label, but it's been a month and still no sign of it. I've decided to just get rid of the wrong items and bought what I needed from a more trustworthy place like Amazon.
Bird feeder purchase
Don't bother spending your time and money on this website. The product I got looked nothing like the pictures online, and trying to return it was a total joke. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
Shoes order received eraser and Kleenex
I was so bummed out by my last order from that online store. I thought I was getting shoes, but when the package arrived, it was just an eraser and a box of Kleenex. When I contacted their customer service to fix the mix-up, they told me I had to send back the wrong stuff on my dime. But then they stopped answering my emails altogether. It's pretty obvious to me now that this site is a total scam. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Hey, so I got these shoes from a website and man, it was a major fail. The pictures made them seem legit but when they came, they were straight up fake. Like, not even close to the real thing. And when I wanted a refund, they said I had to ship them to China and foot the bill. Total scam, right?

I was totally disappointed with the service I got from this shop. It took forever for my jersey to show up, and when it finally did, it was such low quality that I could've found something better at a thrift store. They didn't even mention it was coming from overseas when I bought it, which feels really shady. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this shop to anyone - it's just a waste of your money.
Defective products
The stuff I got was really bad quality and looked like it was made super cheap. When I tried to send it back, I couldn't believe they wanted me to pay for the shipping all the way to China! It made me wonder if the company is legit or if they're just pretending to be in the USA. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store. Watch out, buyers!
