Ramp purchase for vehicle
Be sure to do your homework on the product before buying it. They say the company guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, but from my experience, that wasn't the case with the ramp I got. Once I put it in, I realized it blocked my back lights and turn signals, which is definitely not safe. And on top of that, the company wouldn't give me a refund, so now I'm stuck with something I can't even use. So be careful if you decide to do business with them - their satisfaction promise might not be worth much.

I just finished a course with them and it's taking forever to get my certificate. I've tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but all I get are slow responses and meaningless apologies. Dealing with a company that can't get their act together and keep communication flowing is beyond frustrating.

I ordered some stuff on December 6th, 2023, and got the package quickly, but it was missing some things. The website didn't say the product was out of stock. When I asked about it at the end of December, they said it should come in early January, but it's now January and still nothing. They haven't been good about updating me on when to expect it either. I sent an email asking for a refund and to cancel the backorder.

Variety of products, easy purchase process, Aplázame payment option
I thought the purchase process was pretty easy, and there were a lot of different products to choose from, which was cool. Using Aplázame to pay was super convenient. But, when I made my second purchase, it wasn't as good as the first one. The return process took forever and was kind of confusing for how things are now. I really hope they can make their returns and customer service better in the future.

I ordered a smart watch from this website and man, I gotta say, I was super disappointed with the service. The courier said they were gonna swing by the next day 'cause they couldn't stick around for 2 minutes, but guess what? They never showed up. And on top of that, I didn't even get a refund for the item that never made it to my hands. It's been a total bummer, especially 'cause I've had some positive experiences with this company in the past.

I gotta say, I'm really surprised by all the bad reviews I've been seeing. My time on this cruise line has been absolutely incredible. The food was delicious, the drinks were top-notch, the entertainment was great, the ship decor was beautiful, and the staff was so attentive. I can't wrap my head around why some folks have such a different experience.

I've bought a bunch of stuff from this store to help me make my own scents. The products are top-notch and I've been happy with what I've made. But, I've been kind of annoyed because some essential oils are often sold out. It would be great if they could work on restocking more regularly. Even with that problem, I still think this company is awesome and deserves an A+ for their quality and service.

The slip-on shoes I bought seemed like a good option at first, but they ended up being a letdown. Even though the customer service was nice, I had a bunch of problems and couldn't get the support I was looking for. The shoes weren't very good quality and fell apart after just three months, despite me not being all that active. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the shoes or the company not caring much about making customers happy.
