Recent truck purchase
I recently bought a truck after spending a lot of time looking on CarGurus. Since I live out in the country, CarGurus made it easy for me to check out different vehicles from my couch, even late at night. Their search options and filters were super helpful, and I liked being able to save cars and searches to speed up the whole thing. After a few months of hunting, I finally found the perfect truck on CarGurus. I could check out options from other states, contact dealerships, and set up test drives with salespeople I wouldn't have heard of otherwise. CarGurus really made the whole process smooth and easy.
Late night chat rep
I stayed up late last night and decided to hit up CarGurus with some questions about a car I had my eye on. To my surprise, I was able to chat with a rep even though it was almost midnight. The rep was awesome, they assured me they'd send my questions and contact info to the dealer first thing in the morning. It was great to be able to do all this late at night when I had some downtime, instead of having to wait until I was swamped at work the next day.
Volkswagen Passat in excellent condition
I had a really awesome time buying my Volkswagen Passat from this place. The customer service totally rocked, and the staff was super professional. The car drives so smooth and everything is in great condition. Even had my mechanic give it a once-over and they said it was a solid purchase. I definitely suggest this place to anyone on the hunt for a good quality vehicle.
Car Purchase
Oh my goodness, I had to buy a car and I really didn't want to because car shopping is the worst. But then I discovered this place and they were so incredibly friendly and professional. The staff there were really polite and got me in touch with the right people without all the phone line jumping around. I actually had a good time shopping for a car, for once!
Used car purchase
I just bought a used car from a dealership that sells on CarGurus. The salesperson I dealt with was really good at keeping in touch and they were super professional. But man, I was not happy with how they handled the pricing. The car I was eyeing was first listed at a certain price on one site, but within a day, it shot up on other sites. I tried to talk them down to the original price, but no luck. To make things worse, the car had some issues they didn't mention that needed fixing. The whole experience wasn't as clear and fair as I hoped, even though the salesperson was cool to work with.
Car shopping experience
My time using CarGurus was awesome, dude. The website is super easy to use, and you get search results fast and accurate. They have a ton of cars to choose from, for all kinds of people and budgets. Shopping for a car on there was easy and smooth, definitely a go-to for anyone looking for a new ride.
Exceptional Communication
Jade was really great, he was straight-up and gave me all the info I needed right away, even in the middle of the night. He was dependable and answered all my questions correctly. I'd definitely think about working with him again, as long as my financial advisors give the okay. Also, thanks a lot for the early birthday wish!
First car purchase
I worked with Edrick over at CarGurus when I was looking for my first car, and I gotta say, he was awesome! He gave me so much helpful info and walked me through reaching out to the dealer. Edrick really went the extra mile, and I think he definitely deserves a raise or bonus for how amazing he is at taking care of customers.
Quick and easy vehicle inquiry
Mark V was really helpful with giving me information about the vehicle I was looking at, but he couldn't negotiate the price. He said that decision was up to the dealership, but he did promise to put the request in for me. I'm grateful for Mark's help and I hope everything goes well.
