    My experience with this company really let me down. I saw a car I liked and went to check it out, but the people at the dealership were so unprofessional and rude. The customer service was seriously lacking, and I felt totally disrespected. I won't be giving this company any more of my time, that's for sure.

    I recently bought a truck after spending a lot of time looking on CarGurus. Since I live out in the country, CarGurus made it easy for me to check out different vehicles from my couch, even late at night. Their search options and filters were super helpful, and I liked being able to save cars and searches to speed up the whole thing. After a few months of hunting, I finally found the perfect truck on CarGurus. I could check out options from other states, contact dealerships, and set up test drives with salespeople I wouldn't have heard of otherwise. CarGurus really made the whole process smooth and easy.

    Misleading vehicle history

    I used CarGurus to look for a car, but I was let down when I found out that the info about the car's history wasn't right. It said the car had only one owner, but when I dug deeper, I saw on the Carfax report that it was actually a rental car. This mix-up made it tough for me to rely on the details from CarGurus.

    Volkswagen Passat in excellent condition

    I had a really awesome time buying my Volkswagen Passat from this place. The customer service totally rocked, and the staff was super professional. The car drives so smooth and everything is in great condition. Even had my mechanic give it a once-over and they said it was a solid purchase.     Identity theft alert

    So, this weird thing happened where someone used my name and email to look at a car on CarGurus, but I didn't even try to buy anything from them. Arnold Clark contacted me and asked if I wanted to check out the car, but they mentioned the person who inquired got my info from CarGurus. I've been trying to get in touch with CarGurus to fix this, but no success yet.

    I'm so frustrated. I bought a van off CarGurus for $14,000, but it broke down after only driving 500 miles. Such a waste of time and money! I wouldn't suggest getting a vehicle from them or any unauthorized dealers.

    The customer service here is terrible. I called several times about a car, and each time the person on the phone was rude and didn't care to help. It feels like they don't even want to sell cars. And the receptionist is not cut out for this job. I hope she's okay.

    I just bought a used car from a dealership that sells on CarGurus. The salesperson I dealt with was really good at keeping in touch and they were super professional. But man, I was not happy with how they handled the pricing. The car I was eyeing was first listed at a certain price on one site, but within a day, it shot up on other sites. I tried to talk them down to the original price, but no luck. To make things worse, the car had some issues they didn't mention that needed fixing. The whole experience wasn't as clear and fair as I hoped, even though the salesperson was cool to work with.
