    I bought something online and paid extra for quick delivery, but it hasn't arrived yet. The tracking system isn't much help, and the customer service was not great. It feels like they don't care once they have your money and you're stuck sorting out the delivery problems on your own.

    Rip-off subscription

    I tried signing up for the app again, but they ended up charging me twice even though Google's subscription didn't go through. The customer service was really bad and it was hard to communicate with them because they couldn't speak English well. The quality of the images on the app wasn't as good as other apps I've used. Plus, it's pretty pricey and you can find better images with AI mockups from different sources. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this app, you'd be better off going with a different company or just using Canva instead.

    Double charging issue

    I've been a customer with this company for almost 2 years without any issues, but a recent double charge has really thrown me off. Even after reaching out to them, they insisted that they had already refunded me, though the amount didn't match what was mistakenly charged. I spoke with my bank, and they confirmed the refund hadn't gone through. It's been stressful and frustrating dealing with all of this, feeling like I've been going in circles for weeks now. I was really hoping for better customer service and a quicker fix to this mess.

    My experience with Soho Home was amazing. I recently bought a new bed and mattress from them, and I have to say, I was really impressed. The quality of their products is top-notch, and my bedroom feels like a fancy retreat now. I did have a little trouble with the delivery, but Jill's customer service completely turned things around. Jill was so professional, friendly, and dedicated to fixing the problem. Thanks to her, the delivery issue got sorted out quickly, and now I'm loving my new bed and mattress. I highly recommend Soho Home for their awesome products and fantastic customer service.

    Constant disconnections, unblocking issues, poor customer service, no refund allowed

    I was really let down by the service I used. The VPN kept disconnecting, which made it really frustrating to use. On top of that, it had trouble unblocking some websites, so having the VPN seemed pointless. When I contacted customer service for help, they said they were having issues that affected a lot of users, but they couldn't give me a timeline for fixing it. So, the service was basically useless on my computer. I thought it was unfair that despite the software not working, I couldn't get a refund based on their rules. The one good thing was that it worked fine on my iPhone.

    I'm really loving the clothes on this website, they have such great styles to choose from. The quality is top-notch and the prices are fair. But I was a little let down by the high shipping costs. Even for a small order, the shipping fees to my area were pretty steep. It kind of put a damper on the otherwise awesome shopping experience.

    Product misrepresentation

    I feel like this was a total waste of my time and money. I saw the images on the website and ordered the product, but what I got was totally different. The quality was really bad, and you could tell it was made cheaply. Plus, the shipping took way longer than they said it would. I'm really let down by this whole experience and definitely won't be buying from them again.

    Man, I scored this awesome gaming chair and seriously, it's amazing! The packaging was legit cool, super easy to open and kept the chair safe. But then, there was this one screw that was being weird, so I reached out to customer support. They were on it in like 2 minutes, sending out a replacement screw that arrived crazy fast. They even checked back to make sure everything was cool. I'm totally pumped about how it all turned out, dude!

    Late night chat rep

    I stayed up late last night and decided to hit up CarGurus with some questions about a car I had my eye on. To my surprise, I was able to chat with a rep even though it was almost midnight. The rep was awesome, they assured me they'd send my questions and contact info to the dealer first thing in the morning. It was great to be able to do all this late at night when I had some downtime, instead of having to wait until I was swamped at work the next day.
