My Experience with Vertagear
As a client of Vertagear, I have had a fantastic experience with the company. Gaming chair
Man, I scored this awesome gaming chair and seriously, it's amazing! The packaging was legit cool, super easy to open and kept the chair safe. But then, there was this one screw that was being weird, so I reached out to customer support. They were on it in like 2 minutes, sending out a replacement screw that arrived crazy fast. They even checked back to make sure everything was cool. I'm totally pumped about how it all turned out, dude!
Vertagear SL5800
I bought this chair that I really liked and it was definitely worth the money. But then, after just 4 months, one of the armrests broke. I reached out to them about it and they were so fast and friendly. It only took 3 weeks for them to send me a replacement. I'm really impressed with their service!

I just bought the Alienware S5000 chair and was a little bummed to see a tiny crack in one of the plastic pieces on the back. Even though there was a hiccup with the chair at first, I'm happy with how they took care of it so quickly.
Alienware S5000 chair purchase
I got the Alienware S5000 chair about a year ago. Just recently, the gas cylinder started acting up, but luckily it was still covered under warranty. The company's support team really came through and quickly replaced the part with very little hassle. It's nice to see that they back up their products and provide good service when things go wrong. I'm still happy with the chair and its overall quality.
PL4500 chair
I got my PL4500 chair in 2019, and after three years, the base broke. I contacted customer service for a warranty claim, and I was so impressed with how fast and smooth they replaced the base. I was having trouble with a broken part on my chair and I thought I was in trouble until I remembered the extended warranty. I just had to ask for a new armrest from this company and let me tell you, their customer service was top-notch. Big chair for big guys
I have this really huge chair that fits me just right. I can lean back in it as much as I want without any concerns. It's super comfortable and I absolutely adore it! Sometimes the mechanism might need fixing since I'm a big guy, but luckily the warranty and customer service are fantastic so everything is just fine.
Big and sturdy chair
I got this awesome chair for my big brother, who's like a giant and can break anything he touches. This chair has been going strong for almost 7 years and whenever something goes wrong, Vertagear helps us out and fixes it for free. It's like having our own chair doctor on speed dial!
