Computer chair purchase
I bought a computer chair from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. Their customer service is seriously lacking - I've reached out multiple times with no response. I really regret not checking more reviews before pulling the trigger on this purchase.
Big and sturdy chair
I got this awesome chair for my big brother, who's like a giant and can break anything he touches. This chair has been going strong for almost 7 years and whenever something goes wrong, Vertagear helps us out and fixes it for free. It's like having our own chair doctor on speed dial!
PL4500 chair
I got my PL4500 chair in 2019, and after three years, the base broke. I contacted customer service for a warranty claim, and I was so impressed with how fast and smooth they replaced the base. Jimin was so helpful, making sure I was happy with the outcome. I'm definitely gonna suggest this company and their products to others. Excited for more future purchases!
