    This place is honestly not the greatest. It feels like they took forever and a day just to get my order out the door. They claim it'll be two to three days, but let me tell you, that's far from the truth! It actually took a whole week just to get my order moving. If you're looking for something quick and reliable, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

    My experience with the water bottle delivery service has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. There's been a serious lack of communication when it comes to delivery times, and the quality of the water itself is pretty poor. I ended up waiting around all day for the delivery without even a rough estimate of when it might arrive, and to top it off, the water tasted awful. I had to switch to more expensive glass bottles just to avoid it. And when I tried to cancel the service and get my bottle deposit refunded, that's when things got really bad. The customer service rep kept giving me conflicting info about the refund process. They said they sent out the refund check on a certain date, but then told me I needed to wait even longer before reporting it as lost. Overall, it left me feeling frustrated and wondering if this is just how they operate. I definitely wouldn't recommend this service if you don't want to waste your time and money.

    I was super pumped to get my hands on my order from this kitchenware company, especially since I've heard such good things about their stuff. Let me tell you, the pans, dutch oven, and sheet pans are top-notch - they're tough, easy to keep clean, and they cook everything just right. But man, my excitement quickly turned to bummed-out when my order arrived and it was packaged up real bad for shipping. Everything was crammed into one box with no padding, and one of the pans got dinged up as a result. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, they told me it'd take two whole weeks to hear back. Two weeks! And I had to bug them with multiple reminders just to get a replacement sorted out. Dealing with that long wait time was a pain, especially when I was dying to start using my new gear. They did end up sending me a replacement, which I'm thankful for, but the whole ordeal left me feeling let down. I really hope they step up their game with their response times, 'cause I do really dig their products.

    I wanted to share my recent experience with a purchase I made using a gift card from your store. At first, I got an adjustable necklace but had trouble adjusting it and wearing it comfortably. When I exchanged it and got a gift card in return, I had a tough time using the gift card and a promo code together, which caused a lot of frustration during my interactions with customer service. In the end, I ended up choosing a leather necklace with a silver bar, but when it arrived, it was packaged in a way that made it look more like a bracelet. The quality of the thin leather and the overall product didn't meet my expectations given the price. I'm disappointed to say that based on my experience, I can't recommend these products.
