As a customer of Direct Delta 8, I just wanted to say that I was seriously impressed with the Delta 8 products I bought. They had such a great selection of products that it was easy for me to find exactly what I needed. Ordering was easy peasy, and the customer service was amazing. They always responded quickly to my questions and gave me some really helpful advice. The prices were fair and definitely competitive, especially for the quality of the products. And let me tell you, my order arrived super fast! All in all, Direct Delta 8 totally blew me away.
Torch purchase, Fresh products, Secure packaging
This is my second time ordering from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. My most recent order showed up just a few days after I placed it, and it was all wrapped up nice and safe. The product was fresh and exactly what I was after. I couldn't find Torch at any store for the price I got it online, so I was definitely pleased. I was kinda worried at first when I didn't hear back from my emails and couldn't find a working phone number to call. I went ahead and ordered on a Thursday night without realizing they don't ship on weekends, so that threw me off a bit. It took about 8 business days for my order to finally arrive, but let me tell you, the product was totally worth the wait. The quality was amazing and I was really impressed.

I've been getting edibles from this place for a while now, and let me tell you, the stuff they have is top-notch. The edibles always give me a good buzz and I enjoy them a lot. But man, their customer service is a different story. They're not very transparent or accountable, and that's making me nervous. I bought a tincture that was supposed to kick in quickly, but it took hours instead. When I asked for a refund, they sent me to some sketchy company with no contact info. It feels like they're selling stuff without taking responsibility for it. It's frustrating and just downright unprofessional. I might have to start shopping somewhere else if they don't fix this soon.

Quick shipping
I ordered some stuff from this website thinking it would get here pretty fast. But it's been like a whole week now and I still haven't heard anything about my order. I sent an email to customer service about it, but it's been four days and still no response. I'm kinda bummed about how they're not keeping me in the loop. Hopefully, they'll fix things up soon.
Uninformed about out-of-stock items and unwanted added items
I was really let down by my experience with this company. I ordered something and was super excited to get it, but ended up feeling really disappointed. It took a whole two weeks for my order to show up, and I didn't even know that what I wanted was out of stock. And then, to top it all off, the package I got included stuff I didn't even want or think about buying. It's just not cool to keep customers in the dark like that and not care about what they actually want. They should let you know right away if there's any issues with your order, instead of making it a surprise when the package shows up.
slow delivery, bad processing
This place is honestly not the greatest. It feels like they took forever and a day just to get my order out the door. They claim it'll be two to three days, but let me tell you, that's far from the truth! It actually took a whole week just to get my order moving. If you're looking for something quick and reliable, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
2 2-packs of vape cartridges
I recently bought two 2-packs of vape cartridges from the website. I was really let down by my experience. I placed my order on October 11th and after waiting a week, I saw that my order was still stuck in the processing stage. This was annoying because I've ordered similar stuff from other sites before and never had to wait this long for my order to be processed. It's been 8 days now and my order still hasn't shipped, which is just not cool.
Two 4-packs of seltzers
I ordered two 4-packs of seltzers, but I only got one. The package said there should be 2 cases, and I was charged for that. When I called customer service, they only refunded me for one pack. I was really let down by how disorganized the company was and how they didn't take responsibility for their mistake. They basically wanted me to reorder and pay for shipping and handling all over again, even though it was their fault. Overall, it was a super frustrating experience with really bad customer service.

Man, if you order from this company, you might seriously get scammed. I had to contact this dude named Sam and he was super shady. He tried to make me take a hit for things he never even shipped out! And when I asked about my missing gummies, he was like, "Oh, they're on backorder, you can't get a refund." Like, seriously, what the heck? I swear, this Sam dude must be high all the time because he couldn't even give me straight answers. I have like, a ton of emails back and forth with him and I'm gonna take them to my bank to report these folks for fraud. Not cool at all. Don't risk it, find a better place to shop!

I ordered some stuff and let me tell you, it was the worst experience ever. They totally ripped me off and didn't even send the right things. And when I tried to talk to them, they were not nice at all. Seriously, do not buy from them!

After waiting around a week for my Delta 8 gummies to show up and not getting any answers to my customer service questions, I gotta say I'm pretty bummed out by the way this company has been handling things. Their website made it seem like they had some awesome products, and I was really looking forward to trying them out. But it seems like they dropped the ball on following through, and now I'm just feeling frustrated and let down. I've reached out multiple times via email to ask about my order, but I haven't heard a peep back. When I'm buying something, I expect to stay in the loop and know what's going on, but it feels like they haven't been on the same page. I think I'll start looking into other options for my Delta 8 needs from now on.
