During my recent stay at the hotel, we had some issues at check-in with our room. However, when we talked to a manager named John about our concerns, he really went out of his way to fix everything and make sure the rest of our stay was great. The Margaritaville Island Hotel totally exceeded my expectations and gave us an amazing experience. They have a little bit of everything - good food, entertainment, and lots of things to do for fun - making it the perfect place for a chill vacation. Late order, unhelpful customer service
I just bought something from this company and gotta say, I'm totally let down by the whole thing. I placed my order about two weeks ago and they still haven't told me it's been shipped. When I asked customer service for help, all they gave me was vague answers and promises that didn't really say anything. Why have policies if you're gonna use wishy-washy words like "usually" to not actually do anything? It's annoying and honestly, it's bad for business.

Murder Mystery Game
The Murder Mystery Game was so much fun with my guests! Everyone really got into their characters and we had a blast all night long. The questions kept things interesting and we were all laughing and having a great time. It was cool to gossip and talk with each other in character, it felt like we were playing a real detective game. Only one person figured out who the killer was, which added a cool surprise to the game. We all agreed it was an awesome night and definitely want to do it again sometime.

Herman Miller Eames Soft Pad Executive desk chair
I just bought a desk chair from this company and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. They said on their website that it would work for both hard floors and carpet, but when it arrived, it was obvious that it didn't. I talked to several customer service reps and they all just gave me the runaround and basically blamed me for not understanding their description. They didn't have any good solutions, just said to use it on hard floors or get a thicker carpet protector. It's pretty obvious that they don't really care about making customers happy.
