    MLB logo BRXLZ purchase

    I had the best time dealing with customer service at that store! So, my MLB logo BRXLZ fell apart when I was moving, and I reached out to customer service for some help because I lost the instructions. They were so quick to get back to me, in less than 24 hours they sent over the instructions I needed to put my logo back together. Their fast and helpful response totally wowed me and saved me from a ton of headache. I really admire how dedicated they are to giving top-notch service to their customers.

    Travel mug replacement lid and straw

    I broke the lid and straw of my travel mug by accident the other day, but the customer service team was super fast in responding to my email.     Oh my goodness, I am totally obsessed with these bobbleheads I got from here! They are seriously the cutest and most fun things ever. The customer service was super quick and amazing too. They answered all my questions and made sure my order was perfect. I can't get over how awesome these bobbleheads are - I keep staring at them on my shelf.     I got a messed up figure

    I got this figure and it was messed up when I received it. I took some pictures and sent them to the store, and they were really understanding. They said it was a defect, or something like that. And you know what? They sent me a new figure right away and even included a prepaid return label for the messed up one. It was a simple process and they handled it like pros. Thanks, store!
