Phone case purchase
Don't waste your money on this phone case! I bought one, and man, do I regret it. It's cheap looking and feeling, the "protective screen" is basically just a flimsy film that doesn't really protect anything. The clip snapped off after only two months, and when my phone took a tumble, the screen cracked right away! I tried to get help, but they just gave me the runaround and said they weren't the ones who sold it to me. Don't fall for this fake product!

Travel mug replacement lid and straw
I broke the lid and straw of my travel mug by accident the other day, but the customer service team was super fast in responding to my email. They managed to find my original order even without the order number! They sent me a replacement within just 24 hours, which totally surprised me in a good way. It's not often you come across such amazing customer service nowadays, so I'll definitely be telling all my friends about FOCO for any sports/team merchandise they might need.

Sauna heater purchase
When I first reached out to Finnmark Sauna, I was really impressed by Hamesh, their sales consultant. He was so helpful and really knew his stuff. But then, when I called with a question about the heater I bought, "Rupert" answered the phone and totally brushed me off. He basically told me to figure it out on my own by reading the manual. I was really surprised by how little he knew about the product and how different his customer service was compared to Hamesh. It just goes to show, the customer service at this company can be hit or miss.
