The stuff I got was really top quality and super professional. And the customer service? Absolutely top-notch. They kept me in the loop the whole time about my return and even swapped out my item without any issues. I really gotta give them props for making sure I was happy with my purchase. Return process issue
I had a really frustrating experience trying to return some stuff at that store. They didn't give me a refund for two of the items I sent back, even though I know they got them. When I asked about it, they were super rude and not helpful at all. That's not cool, and I'm going to contact consumer protection agencies to help me out. I have proof that they got the package, so I know I'm right. But the store doesn't seem to want to own up to their mistake.
