Online course purchase
I bought this course online and man, I was so disappointed with how it all went down. First off, I wanted to cancel my membership, but it was such a pain. I had to call them twice, and let me tell you, each time was a headache. The first person I talked to said they couldn't give me my money back because they were working from home and couldn't use the phones. Then, the next person said they only did stuff through email, which made it really hard for me to get my refund. And to top it off, their website was all about pushing you to buy with those 'one click' buttons and making you feel bad for wanting your money back. It was all just sneaky and frustrating, no doubt about it.

Mizuno Irons purchase
At first, I was a bit hesitant because of some bad reviews, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised when I got the Mizuno Irons from GlobalGolf. They were listed as in really good shape and were way cheaper than other places online. Even though there were a few little marks on them, the clubs practically looked brand spanking new. And to top it off, they shipped my order the same day I placed it, totally exceeding my expectations.

Stick Replacement for Patrice Bergeron Big Head
Nikki over at FOCO hooked us up big time with some top-notch customer service. We needed a replacement stick for our Patrice Bergeron big head and she was all over it. Her quick responses and willingness to help out really blew us away. It's not often you find this level of service nowadays, but Nikki went above and beyond.

TA2 "Build" package
I recently got the TA2 "Build" package from this company, which comes with access to course videos and a whole set of resistance bands. Unfortunately, after only about 4 weeks of using them, the Medium band broke and the Heavy band started to tear. Since the website says there's a "Lifetime Warranty" on the bands, I reached out to customer support to ask for replacements. I first talked to a guy named Chase, who had helped me fix a mistake with a previous order. They asked me to fill out a warranty form for international customers, which I did right away, along with sending pictures of the damaged bands. But despite sending a few more emails to follow up, I haven't heard anything back from the company. It's really disappointing to see such a lack of care for customers who pay, especially because the owner, James Grage, seems like a good guy. The course material is great, but the company's bad customer service and sketchy ethics are a real letdown.

Online purchase of textbooks
Buying textbooks online was so simple. I just wish I could download them as PDFs for Google workspace. When I tried to buy physical copies of used textbooks, it was a bit of a hassle because they were out of stock, but the option to buy them was still there. I did get refunds, but it made the whole process a little annoying.

Awesome grill with WiFi & pellet sensor
This grill was amazing when I first got it - I could connect it to my phone using WiFi and it even had a pellet sensor! But then things went downhill after I tried to bake some potatoes at a high temperature. The inside coating got messed up, the paint on the outside melted, and the pellet sensor stopped working. When I called customer support and sent them some pictures, they blamed it on grease damage that I couldn't have caused. I barely even had any grease on there! They wouldn't do anything to help, so luckily I bought it from a place that will take responsibility. Don't waste your money on this grill - go buy a different one instead!

Defective fishing rod
I had a problem with a fishing rod I bought - the blank showed up all bent. When I emailed about it and got no response, I figured I'd give customer service a call. Billy was the one I talked to and he said he'd have Chris get in touch with me about fixing things. Chris said he'd send over a shipping label and I could either get a refund or swap out the messed-up rod. So I sent the rod back and now I'm just waiting to see what happens next.

Lingerie sets
I just got a couple of lingerie sets from this company, and I've got to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice they were. The material was really soft and comfy, and they fit just right. I felt confident and sexy wearing them, and my partner definitely liked the new look. The sizing chart was spot on, so I didn't have any trouble picking the right size. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and would think about buying from them again down the road.

Jeans and sweatshirt
I just bought some jeans and a sweatshirt from this online shop, and man, I was not too happy about it. It took forever for the jeans to get to me, like two whole months, and I'm in The Netherlands! And when they finally arrived, the quality was just alright. I'm not sure how they'll hold up after a few washes. Plus, the print on the jeans looked a little off, which made me doubt if they're even legit.
