    Traeger grill purchase

    I recently bought one of your grills and I've gotta say, I've been a bit disappointed with the whole experience. When I use the grill, it warps pretty bad and there's a real risk of grease splattering all over me. It's honestly kind of scary to use now. I reached out to you guys for help, but I haven't really gotten any good solutions yet, even though the grill is still under warranty.

    Smoker purchase, 2.5 months of use

    This grill has been a huge disappointment. I shelled out $1300 for it and only 2.5 months later, I had to swap out the auger motor. That didn't fix anything. I had to wait two weeks for a new motor, only to find out it was actually the control board that was the problem. Two more weeks passed before I got that replaced. But guess what? The issue still lingers, and the folks at Traeger haven't been much help at all. I really wish I hadn't wasted my money on this model and I definitely wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

    Traeger Grill Purchase

    I just got this new grill and let me tell you, it's a total game-changer for my BBQ game. I wasn't sure about it at first, but after grilling up a storm for a few weeks, I'm never looking back at my old grill. The flavor is out of this world and it's so dang easy to use. My old grill served me well for a decade, but it was definitely time for an upgrade. Picked this bad boy up at the store down the road and I gotta say, I couldn't be happier with my choice.

    Traeger grill malfunction

    Unfortunately, our Traeger grill started acting up after just a year of using it. We tried replacing some parts, but the heat just wasn't consistent. It was frustrating to deal with this unreliable appliance. When we reached out to customer service, they didn't really help and insisted that the grill was fine, even though it wasn't. It was a letdown to have this issue with no resolution in sight.

    Pellet grill purchase

    I just got a pellet grill from this company and it's been a real pain. The temperature keeps going up and down, no matter how much I clean it or change parts. Their customer service is a joke, they won't do anything now that the warranty is up. I thought they'd be better than this. I'm definitely going with a different brand next time. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them.

    I just picked up a new grill and let me tell you, it's awesome! Putting it together was a breeze, the instructions were super straightforward. I even downloaded their app and checked out some really cool recipes and videos. My first BBQ with the new grill was a hit - I grilled up 2 whole chickens and some salmon and they came out perfect. A few nights later, I cooked up some chicken thighs and wings for the family and they absolutely loved it! I'm feeling like a pro chef now all because of this grill. I'm beyond happy with my purchase and definitely think everyone should check it out!

    Recent grill purchase

    I just bought a new grill from this company and man, I've been having some serious problems with it. Even though it's only a few years old, I've already had to replace a bunch of parts and it's ruined a few meals because it won't start up right. Plus, every time I need to empty out the hopper, I end up wasting pellets which is really getting on my nerves. I paid a lot for this grill and with all the issues I've been dealing with, it just doesn't seem worth it.

    Awesome grill with WiFi & pellet sensor

    This grill was amazing when I first got it - I could connect it to my phone using WiFi and it even had a pellet sensor! But then things went downhill after I tried to bake some potatoes at a high temperature. The inside coating got messed up, the paint on the outside melted, and the pellet sensor stopped working. When I called customer support and sent them some pictures, they blamed it on grease damage that I couldn't have caused. I barely even had any grease on there! They wouldn't do anything to help, so luckily I bought it from a place that will take responsibility. Don't waste your money on this grill - go buy a different one instead!

    The grill I bought didn't meet my expectations at all. From the screws to how the lid closed, everything felt kinda cheap and not well put together. Even the electronics on the grill didn't work as great as I was hoping. It feels like the company was taking shortcuts and making the product less valuable. I was let down by how the grill was made and put together.

    Traeger grill with electronic display controller

    I've been having issues with my Traeger grill due to the company not offering any repair options for electronic failures. The grill works great, but I was let down when the display controller stopped working and needed to be replaced. I was willing to pay for a repair, but Traeger doesn't provide that service for electronic parts like the display controller. I had no choice but to buy a new controller for $400, which was disappointing given the grill's already high cost. It would have been better if there was an option to fix the broken part instead of having to buy a brand new one.

    Traeger Ironwood 650

    I heard some bad stuff about the Traeger Ironwood 650, but I still went ahead and bought it. Turns out my experience was just as bad as those reviews. Right after I got it, the grill stopped working in the middle of cooking. I tried restarting it a bunch of times, but it would spark up and then just shut off once it hit the right temperature. Super frustrating and disappointing, especially since I was planning to have family over. I contacted support and they said the power switch needed to be swapped out. It's ridiculous for such an expensive device to have a major problem after just one week. It makes me think this product isn't up to snuff, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    As a customer, I gotta say, my experience with this grill hasn't been great. Right from the get-go, I had a bunch of issues that I had to keep calling customer service about. No matter how hard I tried to fix it myself, the grill just wouldn't cooperate. It was super frustrating to have to call customer service eleven times and still not have my problems fixed. When I buy something, I expect it to work well and be reliable, especially when it's supposed to make cooking easier and more fun. But this grill fell short of my expectations.

    High-priced grill

    I just bought this fancy grill as a Christmas present, thinking it would be a hit. But man, was I disappointed. I couldn't even fire it up because the WiFi signal was weak where I had it set up. I tried to download that update it needed, but it was a lost cause with the distance. It's frustrating to drop over 3 grand on a gift that won't even work without a stupid update I can't even finish. I wish there was another way to get that update done, but it seems like there's not. All in all, it was a major letdown and definitely not worth the hefty price tag.

    I recently had the best customer service experience. I spoke with a rep named Tammy, and she was super helpful. She stayed on the phone with me for over an hour, walking me through how to fix my grill. Tammy really knew her stuff and was dedicated to figuring out the problem. She finally realized what was wrong and made sure a new auger motor was sent out to me right away. It was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

    I was so excited about getting this pellet grill, but oh boy, was I let down! It's supposed to be like a wood-burning oven, but you have to keep paying 10 bucks every time you want to use it. And the temperature range? Not even close to what they claim. It only works properly between 250-400 degrees, which is too hot for smoking and not hot enough for grilling. What's the deal with that?! And don't even get me started on the WiFi - always disconnecting and making me go through all these hoops just to pair it again. And sometimes I have to switch to a different phone? Really?!

    Faulty grill purchase

    I bought a grill that just wouldn't heat up right or get my meat seared like it should. It literally took me a year and a half of being super annoyed, making endless calls, and wasting so much time before I finally figured out there was a faulty part in the grill. And even after all my efforts to fix it, guess what? They kept blaming me for the problem instead of owning up to their mistake. Seriously, the lack of responsibility and terrible customer service was a huge letdown. And you know what they offered me after all those screw-ups? Some dry rub and a few stickers. Ridiculous, right? I'd recommend staying away from this product and going with a different brand for your grilling needs.

    This is not a new concept at all, rather since thousand years back, grilling method of cooking started with invention of fire.Today equipment is ultra modern ,safe and convenient.Easy movements due to wheels, cooking capacity of eight KGS ,quite sufficient for any gatherings.
    Strong make of hard steel ,digital tracking of process and temperature gives latest support for cook.But I believe this type of facilities are not common for everyone in terms of expenses and use as many other grilling equipment are available in less cost.Even though,product is really very useful and durable.
