Ill-fitted dentures, missing tooth
Two years back, I got dentures from this place, and it's been a nightmare. They never felt right in my mouth, and now one front tooth broke off or fell out completely. When I asked for help, they were no help at all. They said they don't take my insurance anymore and that dentures aren't even under warranty, which sounds ridiculous. My old dentures from another place, which are 7 years old, never had these problems. The quality of these dentures is terrible, and they don't seem to care about my situation at all.

Grill
As a customer, I gotta say, my experience with this grill hasn't been great. Right from the get-go, I had a bunch of issues that I had to keep calling customer service about. No matter how hard I tried to fix it myself, the grill just wouldn't cooperate. It was super frustrating to have to call customer service eleven times and still not have my problems fixed. When I buy something, I expect it to work well and be reliable, especially when it's supposed to make cooking easier and more fun. But this grill fell short of my expectations.
