Anime t-shirts purchase
I just got some anime t-shirts from this company and man, they're really good quality. The shirts are made well and the designs are super bright and clear. Only thing is, they were smaller than I thought they'd be. But when I reached out to their customer support, they were so quick to respond and super helpful. They sent me the right sizes right away, really making sure I was happy. I really appreciated how much they cared about fixing the problem. Overall, my experience shopping with them was great and I'd totally suggest them to any anime fans who want good stuff.

My most recent order with the company took longer than expected to get to me, and at first I was a bit worried. I thought maybe I had been tricked, but it turns out that the shipping address I gave was considered high risk, causing a delay in sending it out. Even though I was annoyed, the customer service team dealt with my questions quickly and politely, giving me updates on my order until it finally showed up. I feel bad for being impatient, and I'm grateful for their hard work in making sure I got my order in the end.
Large Pokemon Choices button-up shirt
I bought this really cool Pokemon button-up shirt from the store, but it ended up being too small for me. The customer service here is great, they really listened to my issue and offered a free replacement for the shirt I ordered in the wrong size. Hopefully this new one will fit better since they measure for Eastern sizes.
Graphic Hoodie
This company is such a ripoff. The stuff they sell is super low quality, and the pictures on their products are all fuzzy and tiny. I bought a hoodie and it was nothing like what I expected. And get this, they won't give my money back or cover the cost to send it back! It took forever for my order to finally show up - like almost two months! That's just not right. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from this place.

I bought a shirt from this store not too long ago and had a bit of a problem with the size. Even though there was a mix-up, the customer service I got was amazing. The people working there really went out of their way to fix the mistake by giving me a new shirt for free without making me send back the wrong one. I was really impressed by how much they cared about making sure I was happy, and because of that, I'll definitely be coming back to shop there again.

I messed up and didn't think about how sizing varies in different countries when I ordered a hoodie. I ended up with a super oversized one. But the company was really cool about it and said they'd send me a new one for free, even though it was totally my fault. I got three shirts from this store and two of them were awesome, but the third one was totally wrong. It was like a completely different shirt, not what I was expecting at all! So, I contacted their customer service and they were really cool about it. They told me to keep the incorrect shirt and sent me the correct one. I ended up getting a free replacement, which was pretty awesome!

Alpha Weebs really came through for me when I got the wrong size shirt. They quickly sent me a replacement without charging me, and their customer service was excellent. The quality of their products is outstanding, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again. If you're on the hunt for top-notch anime merch, don't bother looking anywhere else but Alpha Weebs!

I recently bought 2 shirts from this store, but my experience was kind of disappointing. The customer service was helpful, but there was a problem with my order. When the package came, I realized I only got one shirt, and it was the wrong size. I contacted customer support about the issue, and they said the shirts run small, so that's why I got a large instead of a medium. However, this wasn't mentioned on the website. I also asked about the missing second shirt, and they said they would send me a free shirt for the trouble. I showed them the receipt that proved I paid for 2 shirts, but they didn't acknowledge it.
Cool shirt
I ordered this really awesome shirt, but it never showed up. I sent them an email and it took ages for them to reply. Finally, they said there was a delay and promised to send me a tracking number. But weeks went by and still no shirt or tracking number. When I asked for a refund, they claimed the shirt was lost and demanded more money in the form of a gift card. Such a scam! Avoid buying from this place at all costs!
T-shirt purchase
I had some problems at first with my delivery address and getting the wrong product, but the customer service folks were really helpful and sent me a replacement for free. Unfortunately, when I got the replacement, the design quality was super low - the images were all blurry and the material was cheap. I'm pretty disappointed with how everything turned out, so I don't think I'll be ordering from them again, even though the customer service was nice.
Cool gifts for my bro
I found some really cool gifts for my brother from this place that we couldn't find anywhere else. But then, after only wearing one of the t-shirts a few times, the logo started to peel off. I was disappointed, so I reached out to their customer support. They were really nice and offered to send me a free replacement! Their customer support is seriously amazing.
Eva 1 sweater in khaki XL
I just bought the Eva 1 sweater in khaki XL from an online store. But, man, the sizing was way off! I usually wear a medium, but the XL was barely fitting me. And the quality was not great, especially the graphics. I was really bummed out about my purchase and felt like I wasted my money. Plus, finding out it was made in China probably explains the sizing and quality problems. I wouldn't suggest buying from this site after my experience.
Survey Corps Coat, too big size
I ordered this badass Survey Corps Coat thinking I would look so cool, but when it came, it was huge on me! I reached out to them about swapping it for a smaller size and they got back to me fast. And get this, they said they'd send me a new one at no extra cost! I'm really pleased with how they dealt with it.
Unresponsive customer service
The customer service here is just awful. I've been trying to reach them for a whole week regarding my order, but they haven't responded to any of my emails or messages. They said the item I bought is out of stock, and I'm still waiting for my money back. It's crazy how they treat their customers like this. Dealing with this level of unprofessionalism is incredibly frustrating.
4 items with a free gift
I ordered 4 things back in March and was supposed to get a free gift, but only one thing showed up and nothing else. They keep saying everything is shipping, but that's not true. It's been 6 weeks now and all I keep getting from customer support is a basic email saying my package is still coming because not everything is available. No tracking number or refund either. Do you think this is fraud or just really bad at their job?
Soft and well-fitting shirts
I'm really happy with the shirts I bought from this store. They were even better than I expected - super soft and they fit perfectly. The person selling them was really nice and answered all my questions, which made shopping there really nice. I totally recommend this store to others and I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff in the future.
